I purchased a refurbished iPhone 6 in December, I was promised that it would be with me in 3-5 days, which was not the case. They also lied about posting the item to me as I checked with the delivery company and they had no recollection of my parcel.

When the phone arrived, I noticed that the speaker does not work unless it is on loud speaker. I have emailed numerous times about this issue and I am still being ignored.

What a poor company that do not care about their customers, all they care about is getting your money. I guess I will keep on emailing till I get a reply about the fault with my phone.

AVOID THIS COMPANY WITH EVERYTHING YOU HAVE. I SHOULD OF LISTENED TO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS!!!!
