Absolutely disgusted with this company. Ordered phone order number 155183
For my 10 year olds birthday on 15th March thinking plenty time as 5 to 7 days despatch contacted in numerous occasions to be assured slight problem but would be despatched. Yet get to 29tg March and still no phone. Extremely upset child with no phone for birthday! Cancel order and told refund of my money will take another 10 to 14 days despite the fact they have broken contract. So that s 28 days they are keeping my money for! AVOID this company at all costs! They can not fulfull order but don t refund money.Need to change name as nothing QUICK about them! Trading standards being contacted!
