I have trust issues anyway, but sending my phone off to a company with all my personal information and private pictures of my family is a scary thing. I don't know what they would do, or even go through my phone and steel valuable information of photos. I have waited about 5weeks for my phone an still haven't got it back. I've rang and emailed them but they say there looking Into it but no reply back. When they ask for your pass code is very suspicious , don't see why they need it , I think they are going through my photos and my other information. If there is a local shop who does phones go to them, I wish I did now. It's unacceptable how long I've waited.
