Never again will I use this site and most definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Firstly they sent me an 'excellent condition phone' which after 3 days the screen completely stopped working, the phone call sensor broke and the screen was clicking we sent it back. We was told it would be back within 3-5 working days and i recieved nothing, another week went by and still no phone so my partner called them to be told there was 'a big issue with the phone' So it obviously wasn't in such excellent condition and no one had even bothered to contact us regarding this issue. Another week went buy I was fuming and upset after spending so much money to be told they would not refund me or exchange phone and I would have to wait. After calling again I spoke to some rude woman customer service lady who arguared with me and put the phone down on me. We was told we would get a phone back and never did. I had to call 3 more times and i spoke to 3 different people each time as the other one 'was busy' and I was told I would get an exchange which gave me a bit of hope. But no today after a month I have recieved my phone which they sent me originally which is still glitching and has the clicky screen. I am disgusted and truly upset by the service and product from this company. Never ever again.
