SHOCKING EXPERIENCE! They won't give me my money back! I purchased a phone in January 2020, it was faulty and i returned within 14 days. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND! I have been promised a refund on 8 occasions, and each time i get another excuse that it will be delayed further. How can this be allowed???? So angry and frustrated!!!!
