I ordered a phone from the website. It took 4 weeks and several emails to get it delivered. The phone was faulty, so I returned it. I was promised a refund within 14 days. After 14 days I emailed again and was told that the refund would take another six weeks. I (stupidly) waited six weeks and then emailed again. I was told that the refund would take another four weeks...... It seems as though this happens to a lot of people, for instance there is a Facebook group with 1200 members devoted entirely to problems with Quick Mobile Fix (Google 'Quick Mobile Fix-Customer Experiences and Issues'). I reported Quick Mobile Fix using the police Action Fraud service (Google 'police action fraud'), and would recommend other people with similar problems to do the same.
