I purchased a phone 10th October and cancelled it ...

I purchased a phone 10th October and cancelled it a few hours later as I found out my partner had already organised an iPhone from Apple.

I was told to wait 14 days for the refund. I wait over 14 days to received this email from them.

"Good evening,

Owing to the current Government guidelines a few of our departments are working with limited staff numbers and some refunds are taking longer than usual. I have requested our finance department to look into your order and they have advised that you will be receiving your refund on or before the 9th of December.

I am aware this date is longer than our standard timeframe but I can assure you we are all working to ensure services to our customers are uninterrupted as much as possible. We appreciate your patience and are apologise for any inconvenience caused.

If you buy a phone from them be aware that it will take over 2 months to get a refund!

These guys are professional liars!!!!

UPDATE, its the 9th of December and Liars have not paid me! Im taking legal action....I never write such reviews but please, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Another update - I received this email;

We are sorry to hear that you still haven't received a refund in your bank, we have checked this for you with our payment provider and they have informed us that they experienced delays processing some payments owing to the current situation.

I have now received confirmation that your refund will be in your account on or before the 21st of January 2021.

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused

They keep pushing the date of refund back! The fraud department at my bank have taken over now,

It s disgusting how this company treat people, stay away - professional con artists hiding in plain site!
