The prices are reasonable hence why most of us fooled for it and ordered phones.

Have attempted to contact them several times since the 3rd of September regarding a phone I purchased but NEVER RECEIVED.

Every single customer service adviser (most probably the same person with different name) gives the same answer as everyone else as if they copy and paste from a script written by a dodgy manager.
oh and the funniest part was that when i questioned if the chat i used was just a bot answering questions they told me I was insulting them and that they would terminate the chat! The cheek.

Their phone lines are always in maintenance or you're always left on hold as (2nd caller in que )

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this company needs to be shut down. I dont understand how they get away with taking payments then not providing the goods.

I requested a refund and they have now stopped communicating completely so I do not have a clue if I am even getting my refund or not.

Not 1 positive thing to say about this company or the stress caused by them. AVOID AND REPORT.
