Receieved an iPhone X with a broken screen, currently awaiting a replacement. Service has been OK once I was able to get in contact but often this meant sitting in a phone queue for 1+ hours, coupled with long delivery times means it will be a month since my order when a (hopefully) working phone arrives. I have used them before with no issue but this has been frustrating.
