I ordered a phone on the 31st July and now 21 days later I have still not received the phone. Despite giving a 10 deadline they have still not sent it. I have sent numerous emails to which they have said it will take 1-2 days but again this has not happened.

I have tried calling but there has been no answer. It was a present and date I was meant to give it is well overdue. Very disappointed. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered the phone



Shocking service I will write an updated review once they call me and see if they show goodwill by giving me what I have asked for
