I have quite promptly received a full refund from QMF, with no quibbles.
And, to be fair, it was their courier who lost the phone.
But QMF need to change their courier. And answer the flipping phone.

Really terrible service.
I have never encountered a company that just doesn't answer the phone!
- other than once weirdly at attempt number 28! And then never afterwards - I guess they can see your number and don't answer, because they have previously lied to you..
I spent two weeks making phone calls to Quick mobile Fix and couriers APC Overnight/Streetwise trying to find out where the iPhone 5 that I have paid for is.
APC Overnight/Streetwise doesn't answer phone calls either: soul-destroying elevator music punctuated every 10 seconds by a chirpy woman telling you how important your call is. Gave up after 45 mins.
Lied to (at attempt 28) by Quick Mobile Fix, who said they had spoken to "someone quite high up" at APC courier (gave me a different phone number for APC), and the iPhone was waiting for me at APC Crawley depot.
Drove (35 minutes) to APC depot to be told (after waiting 1 hour) that they have lost the package. Then drove home again (35 mins). Empty-handed.
The different number QMF gave me for APC doesn't work, so I know they weren't being truthful.
Another week, many emails and the assistance of a different APC depot, and QMF have finally said they will give me a refund. I'm waiting...
The iPhone was for my daughter's birthday, long since passed.
