What a complete shambles this company is!
Purchased a prestine phone only to be told they don t have what I ordered yet they were still selling this phone!
Finally received phone over two weeks late.
The phone suddenly developed a fault and would not switch on. Sent back for a repair only to receive it back after two weeks supposedly repaired. Upon receiving the phone back I asked what was the issues to be told three different reasons but they really didn t want to tell me.
As I was unhappy with this I contacted Apple and they confirmed the battery cannot be repaired as it s a sealed component and can only be replaced.
Upon charging this repaired phone the battery lasted less than two hours and it hadnt even been used!!
Enough was enough and after several calls I returned the phone back to the company stating that I wanted a full refund as the phone was still faulty and not fit for purpose.
I was told over 10 times I wasn t entitled to a refund although both Trading Standards and the Consumers Advice Centre states that by law I was entitled.
They now have up until 18th June 2018 to refund myself. I cant see this happening though reading other reviews from other customers. If no refund is in my account I m left with no option to take this to court and believe me I will as at every opportunity this company has made every step awkward and does not abide by the Consumers Act.
Please anyone buying from this company and you experience any faults please do your research as they will try and get away with everything.

I ve taken this to Trading Standards and anyone with complaints please contact them as they are building a case against this awful company!
UPDATE
It s now deadline day for refund and I ve now been informed that this company goes by working days and I still have to wait a further week.
Luke who is a Custoner Service call handler has informed myself that the legal advice I have sought is incorrect. This employee really needs to be re-trained. PLEASE EVERYONE MAKING PURCHASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RIGHTS AS THIS COMPANY WILL TRY AND GET AEAY WITH EVERYTHING.
I ve tried everything to resolve this but I m now left with no option but to take them to court.
