I am extremely angry and dissatisfied with Quick Mobile Fix and would certainly not recommend their service. I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone 7 (paying for "excellent condition") for my partners birthday on the understanding that it would be sent within 10 working days.

First of all, the phone was not sent within 10 working days and when I contacted Quick Mobile Fix, I was told that the delay was due to "Stringent quality control checks". While I was annoyed that the phone wouldn't arrive for my partner's birthday, I was happy that these checks were being carried out.

Unfortunately, it has become apparent that in fact, these checks were not sufficiently carried out as when the iPhone 7 arrived, we have found multiple defects within 24 hours of using it. The headphone (lightning) port is broken and doesn't recognise when the headphones are plugged in and charging only works intermittently.

I am writing this review as I am trying to phone Quick Mobile Fix to resolve the problem but despite their opening hours, their phones are not being answered (not even voicemail) and I can't reach anyone.

I would strongly advise any potential customers to look elsewhere when looking to purchase a refurbished phone as I feel completely let down by Quick Mobile Fix.
