I was provided with a faulty handset and so returned it immediately.

After 18 days of back and forth emails which consisted of them continuously advising me that there were going to be further delays in shipping out my replacement handset, I decided to cancel my order and request a refund.

Although they respond to emails within 24 hours, they do not actually respond to the content of your email, rather they just respond with generic emails which state that they are experiencing delays.

I am very disappointed with my experience.
