Very poor service. Ordered 2 phones over 2 weeks a...

Very poor service. Ordered 2 phones over 2 weeks ago and still no sign of either of them! Impossible to reach them over the phone and replies to emails seem to be generic apologies/excuses despite asking for a refund. I would think twice before ordering as they are obviously advertising phones that they do not have in stock.
