Absolute waste of space, I ordered a phone August ...

Absolute waste of space, I ordered a phone August 11th, waited the 7 working days nothing arrived, emailed them and they apologised and asked I give another 4 working days ....nothing
Tried phoning and shock horror the phone lines are being updated, numerous emails with barely a response, eventually got the phone to ring (the only day they ever have) and got through after 55mins on hold! Spoke to a rep who said he d cancelled the order for me and said someone would be in touch regarding my refund within 48 hours! not likely, received an email a couple days later saying my phones been dispatched to my dismay!! I sent the parcel straight back on 5th September and have been emailing and emailing trying to get my refund! So far nothing other than responses saying someone will be in touch but they never are! This company is an absolute joke! How they have any customers...and especially happy ones is beyond me!! It s looking more and more likely I have to take this matter further
DEFINITELY KEEP AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BASICALLY NON EXISTENT AND YOU LL BE OUT OF POCKET FOR MONTHS
