I m sorry but will not use again. Phone took ages to arrive what dispatched on the lead time of the seventh working day however if you order a fine from EE they normally dispatched next working day only stock is low.

I wasn t updated on the order until it was dispatched on the seventh day so was wondering what was going on and was given a generic email that they sent out to people explaining that it takes 5 to 7 working days so they didn t answer my questions correctly.

I Had to take time off work to except the phone in because they refused to change the address to my work address as this goes against company policy & didn t inform the delivery company APC of this either. APC told me that quick mobile fix could change the address on my order which was not the case of lack of communication between both parties. When if you contact any other delivery company I.e. DHL/Royal Mail they will change this no problem.

Don t feel like they completely understand what customer services because majority of the time they were sending me generic emails and were not very helpful when ever you called through you could not get through to them they seriously need to look at their customer service skills and get them improved quite frankly I feel disgraced if I was working there today in those conditions and speaking to customers in such a manner.

Personally I would not use them again if you want to buy a phone I would definitely look else where!
