Quick mobile fix are appalling. I bought a A+ grade iPhone 8 plus from them in July 2019. They didnt dispatch item and had to wait until 1 whole month before they realised thier error. They couldnt find the order on thier system. Luckily due to have tracking numbers they eventually did, it took them a further 2 weeks to confirm order is being ready for dispatch. At this point having waited 6 weeks to just confirm dispatch I decided to get a refund. As the order had not left the warehouse I instructed them to refund the money as i lost all confidence in them. It took them a further 3 MONTHS to issue the refund and I just received it yesterday after months of emails and threatening action via the watchdog and ombudsman!
They dont respond to emails if they recognise your email address. The only way I got responses was to email them as a new customer with a sales enquiry and they respond within the day! Then I would ask them about my redund and they would have to respond. The communication is extremely very poor to the point of non existence and they dont have a landline. They are an awful company and would never ever recommend them to anyone.
As I just recieved my refund i have been waiting to write this review so it doesnt affect me and the refund I was due. But never again.
