Promised money for our phones! Now claiming they haven t been delivered even though the tracking claims otherwise! Avoiding all emails sent. No one answers the phone. When they do eventually respond to emails (weeks later) it s someone different each time who asks us to explain what s happened. If they read the email thread they would know. It s been going on for 3 weeks now! Going to get advice for this as they effectively have stolen our phones!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
