You replied that you are still waiting for the phone to be returned.

As you can see the phone that never reached me was returned to you.
It was signed by yourselves.
How can you ignore this? Clearly you are a very dishonest company that make it incredibly difficult to get through to as you take at least 24 hours to reply to any message and then deny that you have received the item
It is so stressful and I have had to continue dealing with you since the 4th August.
It is interesting though that you manage to find the time to reply to unfavourable reviews and try to show that you are in the right and not the honest customer!
