Order 212727 I have also spoken to Trading Standards and am persuing a claim with PayPal resolution.

Jan 11th [10 days]- no phone - cancelled order. Told refund could take up to 30 days.
Feb 18th [38 days] requested immediate payment, informed they would "liaise with our finance department to get confirmation on the status of your refund" and would contact me "as soon as we get an update".
In other words- gibberish- to delay paying the money

It's over 8 weeks with no phone, no refund and now no contact.
