Despite numerous emails and conversations with their customer service, it's been over 5 weeks since I've ordered and still no phone. I've been told that my phone will be dispatched next Wednesday / Thursday latest, but this is the 6th time I've been told that my phone is undergoing final quality control checks and it'll be another 4/5 working days.

Quick mobile fix - Why are you advertising and taking payment for phones you can't dispatch? This is the final time I'm going to wait, I'll be escalating this to trading standards and seeking legal advice if is not resolved by next week.
