DO NOT USE!!!!! Service has been absolutely terrible and now going down the route of trading standards after online chat with advisor. I was told the latest payment would be made would be 19th September and now being told this is moved to 27th! I know fine well a Bacs payment can be made to ensure a payment is made straight away yet there was nothing we could do absolutely ridiculous! Withholding someone s money and property and either none or very little
Communication made! Sent my phone in for recycling more than 4 weeks ago! Disgusting company and awful customer service! Would never use again and will be telling everyone to avoid!!! Trading standards claim and absolute shaming on social media to make sure as many people do not get caught in this fraud!
