I placed an order for a mint condition refurbished phone in June which was in stock. They took money same day. Then had to wait 3 weeks for phone. Camera on phone did not work. Am currently in the process of starting a small claims court case against them. They delivered a non-working phone to my granddaughter, kept telling her to turn it off and perform a reset, even though it wouldn't come on at all. They ignored every email we sent asking for a refund and now, after finally agreeing to refund within 7 days, we're still waiting 12 working days later

This is my second time using it and I was disappointed. The first time I used it, my phone screen was fixed and returned within 3 days. This time it took 7 days to fix and I was unhappy with the lack of communication to say that they had received my phone or estimated time as to how long it would take. Also the delivery company did not show on the day the proposed and did not give any prior notice beforehand. I understand this was not the company's fault but meant I did not have my phone for 10 days in total!
However the screen does seem to be working well at the moment

What's more, the customer service email seems to be answered by lots of different people, so I'm rarely talking to the same person. Easy to order and pay but not until one pays and confirms the order is one informed that the phone will be posted out within 10 working days, finally on the 10th working day I felt I had waited long enough and cancelled the phone, miraculously 3 hours after cancelling the phone order I received an email to say it had been posted! When the phone finally did arrive there was no invoice no information if I wasn't happy or needed to send it back for any reason nothing, I have now posted it back at considerable cost to myself, I still havent had any emails to confirm they have it and are dealing with it.
In short, my experience and opinion is, they are very good at communicating with customers when the customer is buying but are not very good at offering the same quality of communication when a customer is unhappy. I'm adding the following after my issue was finally resolve..... I sent the phone back next day delivery, it took a week for their admin to finally acknowledge receipt of the returned phone, I was assured that a refund would be made within 14 WORKING days, remember to add weekends & bank holidays onto that, its a total of potentially 19 days they returned my money 2hrs before the end of the very last working day they could possibly have resolved my case I did. Great product but seriously let down by treacle slow admin.

I frequently drop my phone so make sure I'm always insured however, I gave my recent upgrade to my sister and when I smashed my screen I realised that the upgrade had taken over the insurance of my phone. Anyway did a few checks online and found quickfixmobile... Sent my iPhone 6 off and had it back within the week looking brand new!
Since then I've dropped and smashed the screen again! This time there was more damage so I paid to have the screen and lcd replaced! Again the phone was back within a week with a fresh new screen and in perfect working order! I've just looked through previous reviews and noticed there are some bad ones but honestly my two experiences have been amazing!
Bought an iPhone from Quick Mobile Fix it took 3 weeks to come and didnt work upon arrival. I sent it back for an exchange. The replacement took 4 weeks to come. The replacement phone didn't work on arrival. I asked for a refund. It took them a week to reply and the they said it would take 14 days to process. When that date came and went I contacted them again and they said they needed all my details again even though they have everything on record. Sent that, a week later they said it would take another 14 days to process. When THAT date came and went I complained and asked them to tell me why exactly it was taking so long. They avoided all questions and said the refund would be issued on 20th March (in 3 days time from the email). When THAT date came and went It had now been 59 days since I was due the refund. Thats 2 months. I sent an official letter of complaint and they're now saying the refund will take 1-3 weeks. Every time I complain when the date they say they will issue the refund comes and goes, they increase the timeline.
DO NOT USE THIS CROOK COMPANY. THEY ARE CRIMINALS. Their phones are 'fixed' with 3rd party replacement screens that do not work and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
Today I have had to cancel my order ID210629 placed and paid for on 14th Dec. Being told although they were busy it would come before Xmas. After numerous messages and e-mails being sent and not answered, contact by phone is impossible - on line chat not available.
I was told the other day my phone was placed top priority - no delivery committed. Waited nearly an hour this morning, sitting 27th in queue only to be told my phone should be ready Next Tuesday.

Bought refurbished iPhone six. Battery problems so went to local iPhone service centre.
They ran diagnostics said battery problem. Inspected battery and said that it was a cheap counterfeit part and should never have been sold with the phone as refurbished.
Quick fix mobile have refused to make good quoting three month guarantee on batteries. Except this wasn't a quality assured part was it?

Ordered an iPhone 7 128g in excellent condition. Good price. Arrived in good time. However the phone stated excellent but had a scratch on the screen. To be fair I only noticed it properly when cleaning the screen to put a protector on. I did email The company who were willing to rectify the problem. After I found they sent the 256g model which I kept. All in all reasonably happy but don t expect an excellent condition phone to be perfect!

Attempted to purchase a "A grade" iPhone in January as a birthday present. Phone was advertised as "in stock". Then received an email saying the phone would take approximately 14 days to arrive. Cancelled the order which the vendor acknowledged. Promised a refund within 14 days - still awaiting the same. Legal action initiated.

Do NOT use them at any cost. They just keep hold of your goods and money until you give up trying to find a resolution. Please try to call their number and see that it is a fake one. They have a massive campaign of fake reviews/removing complaints from their Facebook Page. Try to post something negative on their Facebook page and it disappears. They kept my money and my phone for a month and failed to reach me. I contacted Trading Standards through Citizen Advice Bureau who reached them and they eventually called me. Everything you see regarding video of appraisals/good reviews are completely fake. I posted below a picture of my order and how I had to chase everything for a month to get my phone back. They are scammers and they will try to get away without providing a service or your product back if you sent it for repair.
They sent me a damaged AND slow phone and are trying to charge me to fix it :O

Like many others I regret that there is no zero star option.
These people broke at least 7 promises of delivery, and each time they kept me hanging on by promising another just a few days hence; it is almost like they are using the business model of the Nigerian fraudsters who ask for a little commitment and then ask for a little more and a little more, knowing that human nature will not want to lose what they have already given; in this case, time.
Feeling that they were either con artists or that the company was in serious trouble, I decided to read the reviews, and lo and behold, the problems I was experiencing was certainly nothing new, and despite daily pressure, the lies just came through thicker and faster; I know some people are desperate for a job, but the staff here should seriously reflect on their moral compass because their complicity is shameful. I got out after the seventh delivery lie, and have a Paypal refund coming. I cannot understand why Paypal and the credit card companies persist in supporting this company as it is an accident waiting to happen.

The cable port on my S3 refused to talk to the computer or charge the battery. I found Quick Mobile Fix on the net so I wasn't sure what to expect.
The whole process was very easy, print the label find a package it would fit in and wrap it in bubble wrap go to the Post Office get a receipt of postage and away you go.
I was very suprised at the quick turn around it came back with a new complimentry rubber holder nothing fancy but a nice touch.
I would recommend Quick Mobile Fix - And the menu pricing was reasonable.
Do not waste your time and money with this company, they are thieves.

We purchased a reconditioned iphone X for our daughter's birthday and Xmas present which took weeks to arrive. It eventually arrived but within days it was obvious the phone had many issues. We were sent a list of instructions of how to fix the phone ourselves but these didn't work. We have now returned the phone for a full refund which like many others who have left a review I am yet to receive. I have now started the process to recover the cost through my credit card company.
Once you've read this you can make your own mind up whether to use this company or not. I just wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering.
11th Feb update - the faulty phone was returned to them on 19th Jan and still no refund. I keep emailing them and no response.
17th Feb update - still no refund. I keep being told they refund within 14 days but that they are still within the 14 working day period. They can't even get this right as the phone was returned on the 19th Jan so that's 21 days at present.
1st March update - still no refund. What can I say except think very carefully before buying anything from these guys.
2nd March - now they are saying I will get my refund by the end of April. This is a complete disgrace, 3 months after returning the phone.

I ordered a iPhone 7 plus jet black and was repeatedly told that i would receive it with in the next '5 to 7 working days' We waited those days and were told again to wait longer. I then tweeted the company to find out that they didn't even have this item in stock and they did not know when they would have it, not only that, they called me with a completely different number to the one on their website. We cancelled our order and they told us we would get our money back with in the next '10 to 14 days' and then changed it to working days, i end up getting my refund 20 days after i requested it. This has never happened to me in my life in my online shopping experience.
Phone was delivered securely within stated time. Had to wait to get a charger and sim as they were different to my old phone. Still phone is up and running well. I have saved a lot of money using this company. Thanks.

I ordered a phone of this company in good faith at the start of January 2019 for my son for his birthday.
I received my phone very quickly after ordering which was great. but when I went to set the phone up the phone wouldn't turn on, charge or show any signs of charging. so I contacted the company which took an hour to get through to someone to be told the only thing they could do was sent the phone back and they will repair the handset which would take 7-10days to repair. I asked if I could have a replacement handset as it was coming up to my son's biryhday and as the error was on there end for sending a faulty handset I would have thought they would do all they could to help the situation. in which they replied it would take longer for a replacement to be sent out then for the repair??? What!!!! how does that make sense. so as I felt I had no choice I sent the handset back to be fixed.
7 days past and I still had no handset so I contacted them again to be told the device hadn't even been looked at as they had a back log of customers... to cut a long story short I called around 10 times sent around 30 emails where I was lied to, fobbed off and received apoling customer service. I asked to speak to a manager 3 or 4 times to which I got an excuse to why I couldn't talk to him and a promise of a call back which I never got.
after 4 stressful weeks I finally received the handset back and suprise suprise it was still faulty.
I contacted them back again and asked for a full refund to which they agreed and they stated I would recieve it within 30days of receiving the handset back.
I stated my rights as under the consumer right act 2015 I was entitled to a full refund within 14days as I was still in my 30 days wait period due to the fact the handset hadn't been on my possetion for 30days of receiving it the 1st time. to which they said it would be within the 30 days regardless. iv been waiting since 15th Feb 2019 for my refund and still have not received it 19 days after they received the handset back to them, so they haven't stuck to the consumer right act laws..
this company is a joke it's badly run there customer care/service is a disgrace. I have been put through 2months of hell and iv had no form of commensation for the amount of time, money and stress caused.
8-10 hours of my time on hold to this company chasing them and to get a handset back.
iv had to go out a buy another handset as my poor son had to wait a month to receive the handset back and then it to be a faulty handset again. I had no choice but to get him a phone from somewhere else.

This website doesn't deserve a single star and I am really convincing that it shouldn't have got name Quickmobilefix as it's not quick at all and has terrible customer service. I strongly recommend you to rely on google reviews and never purchase especially you need a new mobile asap. The website doesn't really indicates how long they actually will take to ship until you complete your payment as long as you don't especailly look for their policy. I've sent the first email before 7th working day and they replied me like that I wasn't being patient and KINDLY counted how many days it's been which was 5th. So, I waited for them with patience but never got any information about delay even though they already passed 7-10 working days. When I emailed again after, they said they are going to send it by end of this week the latest. But It's already Friday and still seemed like it's never going to happen. I was already fed up with emailing to ask but I sent another email today and they said they will dispatch it by end of upcoming week. Even though you already know it takes 7-10 working days to ship but please bear in mind it will take at least a month.

This past and I tried and tried to call but nobody answers the phone. I emailed and got a response after about 15 days I eventually got a phone delivered to me that was in a worse state than the one I had (bent, smashed screen). I contacted them through email and they sent the delivery company to pick the phone back up. I obviously want a refund but we are now in September and nobody now replies to email. 10th Aug 2018 from tracking: Diagnostics shall have report within 24-48 hours, however, if there is any fault in mother board the timescale may increase to 7 days.
19th Aug 2018, I received an email, however the tracking data has not been updated since 13thAug 2018.
19th email, I'm told: Please note our diagnostic service usually takes between 24-48 hours unless there is a motherboard fault, as this could take up to 7 days.
Its now 23rd Aug 2018, and I started my radiotherapy for cancer yesterday.
Today I tried again to contact them by phone, and as with every call to them, its NOT ANSWERED.
So, if you are expecting a "quick mobile fix", I'd suggest you read my review to date.
And as previously mentioned, I told them on the phone when they called me, (on a weekend I hasten to add), that I was desperate to have my phone diagnosed, and repaired (if I give authorisation for repair) because I need a phone with me 24/7/365 due to my poor health and current circumstances, and was told it would be turned around very quickly, in days and got back to me, and as of todays date 23rd Aug 2018, they still have my phone, and I have no mobile to be with me in case I need to call an ambulance or call for help.
How can they expect good reviews when they treat people such as myself like this?

Absolute disgrace, not only did my Apple Watch get lost. They took payment for repair. I ve emailed and called numerous times. Not interested. It s now in the hands of the financial ombudsman!!!. Avoid at all costs. Shocking service.
I had high hopes to begin with when i saw the website reality was a different story tho. I would urge anyone interested to look elsewhere. I paid for a black samsung waited and waited and waited then got a message saying they couldnt supply but had another. By this stage i was desperate for a phone so agreed to another. It finally arrived (not quickly) but wasnt fit for purpose so i returned it asking for my money back. I waited ages for it and only when i decided so get legal advice did i get my money back. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade in my view not good at all.

Fantastic repair service of my iPad 4 screen. They even went to the trouble of taking the dent out of the case which the previous repairers didn't bother about and it broke again. Most impressed with the service I received from Quick MobileFix. My iPad was returned in the 3 days as promised and was expertly packaged too.

Ordered an iPhone 8 Plus. Its been 2 weeks now. They said 7-10 days. Waste of money!
