I have had a terrible experience with this company...

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I received my Samsung Galaxy 6 and the battery only lasted me until lunch time. A joke! I returned the phone which caused so much hassle as I live in Ireland and you cant send batteries by post internationally. A friend was going to the UK and they posted it for me over there. The same phone was returned to me with exact same battery problems. I again returned it expressing if they did not send me a working phone with a working battery that I would expect a refund. But they said I was now out of time for a refund. What the hell. The phone never worked...this is highly illegal. i hoped though that they would send me, this time around, a working battery but yet again, can you believe it,the battery did not work. I have a feeling that they returned the exact same phone again but just restored factory settings. I have written to them again and they say I am out of time for a refund. My concern is soon my 6 months warranty will be up and they will leave me with a disfunctioning phone that has never worked for me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I am seeking legal advise!!!!!!!
