ZERO STARS Google why are you letting this business buy advert space - the service they offer to the customers is so poor that they take off any bad comments ( which is many) from their Facebook page - Facts you can't call them now ( I bet its because so many) they dont reply emails within 2 days as promised, they dont deliver as quoted, they dont read emails to say the order is cancelled and then try to supply an item when its cancelled. Google you look at the quality score of ones ads and the quality of website - what about service - why allow a company to buy ad space which will cause your users upset . They are spending big - DONT let them - STOP the adverts which should stop the upset customers. You need not need to worry about me as I have already claimed my money back from my bank ( Its funny really the person at the bank said second one today!) So its not just me. I had used this company before in 2017 and cancelled then as they couldn't supply - more fool me for going back as I thought they would have got their act together or gone out of business. Buyer be warned DONT buy if one is expecting great customer service and your phone is delivery with 7 working days - which way too long. I hope this help anyone Thanks
