Do not use these people!. They claimed that my iphone screen was damaged on arrival and that I clicked on an 'accept' offer on their email, when I have a witness to prove that the phone was fine and that I clicked 'reject', so they paid me nearly half of what I should have had. They can never be reached on the telephone. They called me once to 'resolve' and said they'd call back but didn't. If I email them, they just keep repeating that I accepted their offer. I am reporting these people to trading standards. They kept my phone and paid me half of what it was worth. AVOID!
