PHONE WILL NOT BE WATERPROOF/Thoroughly misled!

I have/had a waterproof handset, (a fundamental feature) the screen broke so had these guys replace it. At no point during the normal purchase process do they even vaguely allude to the fact that they won't return it as waterproof. They have since told me that it is in their t&c's on a separate page of the website and that it is up to me to read the fine print. Umm, no, you should make this clear at the point of purchase, instead you choose not to mention anything in the hope of fooling people like myself. I have also been told that the waterproof sealing for the screen 'is a separate part of the phone' and so doesn't count as part of the screen repair! absolute jokers
