DO NOT USE. A disgrace. They my item since 2nd August and lost it. I think they hold it on purpose for weeks and hope some people lose their proof of postage so they can steal your phone. Luckily I had proof and after a week of emails and showing royal mail delivery confirmation to their warehouse they managed to locate it but never acknowledged it had ever gone missing! They take ages to respond, and when they do they delay your order with the same irrelevant questions! The police will be contacted shortly.
