Absolute disgrace of a company I am still yet to receive a refund from my order at the end of January (just waiting on my credit card company to sort) I have also reported this mob to trading standards just wish I could upload the email correspondence to show you all what a dishonest shambles of a company this is.
On the 30/01/2020 I ordered an apple iPhone 8 (256gb space grey) from quick mobile fix with a dispatch of 7 working days
Quick mobile fix failed to deliver after pushing the dispatch date back twice I cancelled the order on the 22/02/2020
On the 12/03/2020 I asked for an update on my refund
On the 12/03/2020 I was told my refund would be processed on or before the 01/03/2020
On the 12/03/2020 I queried the date for the refund as that date they were supposedly going to process the refund had already passed - no response
On the 17/03/202 I ask for the refund to be processed that day or I would register the transaction as fraudulent - no response
