I had a terrible experience with them. 24 hr- 48 hr turn around is actually 3-4 weeks! Within that time period you are constantly ringing, emailing and going to their office to get an update. They did fix the fault but at a cost of causing further faults to my phone. In the end I had to escalate the complaint through paypal in order to get a refund.
