Like the last review I had placed an order for an iPhone in apparent pristine condition, I was happy to wait for the 7 days however after 7 days nothing, so I email and ask what's happening, they said it can be up to 10 days, if you don't hear from us by 10 days get in touch. 10 days passed and surprise surprise nothing, so again I email and get told that the phones have failed quality control and I was asked to bear with them, so another week passes and by this point I've had enough....i ask for a full refund.
I'm told a refund will take up to 14 days to process, so okay that's fairly standard in business, 14 days have passed and nothing, so I get in touch again to be told its 14 buisness days, so that has also now passed and they have now told me I will get my refund on or around the 26th March!!!
Here is the timeline:
2nd February order placed.
21st February I ask for a refund.
24th February refund acknowledged and told up to 14 working days.
13th March now being told refund will be processed on or around 26th March.
I have just threatened them with legal action because this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
What kind of service is this? I would not advise purchasing here as its been nothing but trouble hassle and grief from the start.
Oh and I see you guys are saying to get in touch.....eh hello, I've got more than 20 emails back and fourth.....thats why I ended up going to my bank to sort out the refund.
