I will never buy a car from this company. My first issue is they put 6 hard inquirys on my credit, not sure why they ran my credit so much. Second the service center sucks. They made me feel like I had to use them or else my extended warranty wouldnt be valid. So I have gone for an oil changet 5 times in the last year plus and every time I make an appointment I still have to wait 2-3 hours for a 20 minuets oil change. It's rediculous... why when I make an apoointment do I have to wait that long.... so frustrated! !
Gene Gardner was terrific to work with. He was patient and seemed generally happy for us when we purchased our pre-owned car. He even took our picture and emailed it to us later in the day. The whole process was quick and fair.

Had a great time buying a new car! Jim Donohue didn't think we were nuts to trade in a car we had for such a short time. The 2018 was a great car, we just wanted some of the new upgrades. This is the fourth car we have purchased from Lou Fusz and the third from Jim Donohue.
Our car buying experience at Lou Fusz was great. We had been looking for a Highlander Hybrid with all the features we wanted at several local dealerships. After looking at a couple of vehicles over several days with my daughter in 90+ degree heat at Lou Fusz, I was close to making a decision, however my wife was out of town. I asked our salesman, Cody Cox if he would send me some pictures of the interior of the vehicle I wanted my wife to see. He send the pics, my wife got back in town and we agreed to buy. Cody was very helpful throughout the process. He made our car buying experience comfortable. Service Advisor Warren Hamilton gave me excellent Service over 3 visits I had to the Service Center during the past few weeks. He procured me an Oil Change and a Safety Inspection and an Emissions Inspection and ordered 3 tires, 2 for the rear and a new spare, during my first visit. He did this all in a good time. During my second visit the 2 rear tires were put on and there was a four wheel alignment. Once again, my wait was relatively short. And in my third visit a disc was put on the spare, which only took ten minutes total. In all three visits Mr. Hamilton consistently informed me of what needed to be done, and then what was done. He was very easy to work with. I highly recommend him for any and all work Lou Fusz Toyota Customers need to have done.
Brian Eads did a mighty fine job of getting my 2018 Tacoma set up for maintenance, especially since I did not have an appointment. The wait time was reasonable, too.

This was the first dealership that I went to that did not put extreme amounts of pressure on me to buy a car, or buy a car that was out of the price range I was looking at for my purchase. Gene Gardner was great to work with. He told me what I needed to know without pressuring me. The car buying experience here was actually enjoyable! Tried to make a fair offer on used car , late Model Highlander , and Bob wouldn t accept what was a very fair offer, and equitable for both parties .. unwilling to counter so fir this reasons. For this reason , and many more I wouldn t recommend buying a used car from this place , especially if you have to deal with Bob (used car manager). Good luck on buying a car, I know it s stressful , hang in there !

Complete comittment to the entire transaction from customer service, delivery of the vehicle, follow up and an outstanding service dept.lead by Stephanie Watkins. Everyone in the dealership is very friendly, the facility is clean and welcoming, with a huge selection of vehicles on the lot. Philip Fusz runs a great dealership here. He pays incredible attention to every detail, ensuring that there are only satisfied customers, returning to his dealership for countless reasons. Price is one thing but to have the complete package from the sales team, to the delivery and closing of the transaction, to an awesome service dept. is rarely found. Toyota makes a fabulous product and this group does an outstanding job of representing the product.

Scott Christensen was the first salesman I met when I began searching for a vehicle to lease. He went over every possibility that fit my current situation.
I left Scott hanging, while I researched, visited, called or emailed every other dealership in the St. Louis/St. Charles area but still pestered him with emails and phone calls, all of which he responded to professionally.
After dealing with every type of salesman out there, I ended up back at Lou Fusz, a month later, talking to Scott again. Even though I showed up on a Saturday night, 45 minutes before closing he came through again, getting me a lot better deal than I thought was even possible!
I have to say that he is by far the most courteous, responsive and respectful salesman I've ever dealt with.
Next time you're in the market for a different vehicle, I highly recommend contacting Scott before anyone else. He'll make sure you end up in the vehicle you want that fits your budget while experiencing the easiest car buying/leasing process that you ever will!!

Daniel Burrow was awesome!! He had the car we wanted waiting at the front door for us when we arrived. He got us in and out within 2.5 hrs instead of a whole day process. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.
I always use the dealer for oil changes, because they are by far the most certified to do it, and with a coupon you cant' beat it (so 3/3 on appeal)! They greeted me very promptly and got me in on time, but there were two reasons that I gave 2's instead of 3's. It took an hour and a half to get an oil change done (keep in mind I scheduled the appointment in advance and was not a walk in, so 2/3 on service), the other reason is that the car came back washed, which is something I consider a big plus from Lou Fusz Toyota, but it was not dried. Instead of getting water spots by letting it drip dry, I had to dry it off on Lindbergh @ 45mph, so 2/3 on quality. I will point out the staff was courteous and pleasant, and I will be back for the next oil change!

I wish to commend Warren and the service team at Lou Fusz Toyota on my recent service visit for scheduled maintenance on my 2017 Prius. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get a service appointment. The work was completed well in advance of the time that was originally estimated All contact on my arrival and my return to pick up my vehicle was done safely and efficiently. I take comfort in knowing that the service is being performed by technicians who have the training and experience to work specifically on this model of car.

Lou Fusz was the second one I paid a visit to. Jim made sure I didn't need to visit anyone else. He was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured. He provided information and made me a very competitive offer. An hour later, I was driving off the lot in my new Toyota. I highly recommend Lou Fusz and especially Jim Donohue.

I've avoided car dealerships for the last couple of decades but finally decided it was time to bite the bullet and go.... there was a really nice Prius I had my eye on there. We stopped by on a Friday late afternoon and I expected to be immediately approached by a pushy salesman, but that was not the case! We saw the Prius, looked it over, and then had to go inside to FIND a salesman. It was such a laid back place, I really wasn't expecting that. Roger was great, the whole process was painless. It's still not a quick process, but we were able to drive home with our new Prius that evening. I would recommend Lou Fusz and Roger Heffernan to everyone. You'll be stunned, but it's a happy stunned. I would give everyone more than five stars if I could.
Horrible experience. 1st time there we wanted to look at 4Runners-never could get a salemans to come out and help us! Decided to give them another chance and called up to see if they had a white limited 4Runner with black leather they stated that they had 5 in stock and 5 on the way, asked specifically if this was accurate and was told yes it was. Drove 45 min to dealer and got there and they did not have any in stock at all but there were 5 on the way but wouldn't be there for another 4-5weeks! Salesman that we dealt with said that he could get one from another dealer but it was the limited that had all the options on it and was $7,000 over what we wanted to pay even after stating that we would put a good amount down. Salesman would only come down $800 off MSRP, um no thank you. Once salesman knew we weren't buying that specific vehicle he got up and walked out of his office and started helping another couple without even saying a word to us! My husband and I were so stunned that he did that without even saying anything, we sat there for a while thinking no way did he just get up and walk out on us without saying anything but oh yes he did. We were just going to order the 4Runner that we wanted but ended up leaving because the salesman never came back. (This was a salesman that apparently had been in the business for 15 years) As we were getting in our vehicle he comes up and says so we have a deal? I don't think so!! Ended up going to Twin City Toyota and getting the perfect 4Runner that we ended up getting a great deal on and had the best service ever!!! I would never recommend Lou Fusz to anyone!!!
We purchased our car at Lou Fusz and have used them for service for the last 8 years or so. We took our car in last week for maintenance and paid over $1,000. Travis, the service representative, was unable to provide the ingredients of the deodorizer that is typically included with the air conditioning service work. We specified that we did not want the deodorizer added. Travis stated he would put a note into the system specifying this request.
After picking the car up, a noticeable smell was coming from the air conditioner, which continued after the car was driven over 600 miles the next few days. I contacted the service department and inquired if the deodorizer was added. I was informed that it was. I was told I would need to speak with Travis if I wished to complain. In speaking with him, he claimed that the deodorizer was not added, that he spoke with the technicians and removed the deodorizer from the kit. I am evidently supposed to believe him despite the smell coming from our air conditioner and the fact there was no mention of the deodorizer request in the computer system. He offered no other explanation for the smell.
I mentioned that I found a coupon that would have given us $100 off our bill. I was informed they would not honor the coupon unless it was provided at the time of service. Travis offered that I could speak with a supervisor; I agreed to hold with the intent to also mention the deodorizer issue. Travis soon told me the supervisor was still busy but that he was able to talk to her. She apparently confirmed they could not retroactively accept a coupon but would send a voucher for a free oil change that would be valued at around $80. I informed him that there was no certainty we would be back. His only response was ok . Due to the lack of trust and apparent lack of regard for our patronage, we will not be returning.
All throughout the purchase process, our salesperson, George Hobbs, did EVERYTHING to make this a MOST pleasant and successful experience.

Lou Fusz has a great certified car program and they will take the time to search for the car and color you are looking for. Jeff Strum was our salesman. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable about our purchase. My only concern was the detailing of the car. The appearance of the car was wonderful and the carfax was provided before purchase. However, there were minute details of the car that were overlooked in the cleaning process. Lou Fusz worked with my lease at the time and we got a very affordable price. All in all, buying from Lou Fusz was a great experience!

I received a call from the dealership management to inform me that they have decided to REFUND a portion of what my parents felt were over-charged to them. After having a lengthy discussion with the dealer, they now have accepted to make my elderly parents satisfied about the costs that they were initially charged by providing them with a concessionary refund. We appreciate the fact that they have now understood our position; by promptly reacting to my folks with an offer to provide a satisfactory refund amicable to both parties.

I was looking for a 2018 highlander with the factory cross bars and tow hitch included. I utilized Lou Fusz s chat session on their website. Within 10 minutes of my inquiry I received a call and text from Cody. Having already test drove at another dealer I knew exactly what I wanted. They didn t have what I wanted in stock, but Cody found it locally. In addition I had a monthly payment cap and Cody delivered on that too. Super nice guy. One of the few authentic salesmen I ve come acrossed. There are many that could learn from him. He never over promised or under delivered. He did exactly what he said he would do. The finance area was very conscious about our time and worked to get us processed as quickly as possible. There is opportunity to engage with the customer on added features and warranties prior to at signing. It felt very high pressured to make a costly snap decision. This information should be presented early on to give customers the opportunity to consider it as part of their financial planning.

This is my 4th 4runner. For almost 30 years I have always had them serviced at Lou Fusz. Never had an issue. Service Advisor Warren Hamilton is top notch!
We ve bought vehicles from Lou Fusz since 1985 and they are just a great company to work with every single time, the whole Fusz team goes over and above the call of duty. Even when one of our kids had poor credit they did in-house financing for a year we were able to refinance to lower interest. When you re in need of a great Toyota, definitely contact them first!

Absolutely horrible experience! Military family moving across country and stopped for 60k service. Have pre-paid Toyota care and technician said they couldn't find any record and charged full price. Said they "made numerous calls to everyone who's serviced your van and no one has this package listed for you." I made a single call to the location in VA where we bought our van (which we gave Fusz service and they supposedly called) and miraculously in less than 5 min the person we spoke with pulled it right up with no problem. Total scam and abysmal service 2 days after my father died.
Now less than 2 months later we took our van in to be looked at and dealership at our new location - NOT Fusz thankfully - shows us the tires are so worn that steel is showing through all over almost every tire (which Fusz had to have seen when they did wheel alignment and tire rotation) and could have had a disastrous, catastrophic tire failure.
Not only do their actions seem incompetent, but seemingly put my family at risk. If I was you, my opinion is to avoid them like the plague!!!
I leased a new Scion tC, and James Donohue was nothing other than helpful and friendly. The other staff, whose names I cannot remember showed me the same attitude. I traded in my old Honda and I believe I got a really fair price for that. From the beginning, when I was just looking online to now, after I got the new car, Mr. Donohue has been extremely helpful and speedy about getting me any information that I need. I took my Toyota in for a safety recall and made an appointment ahead of time because I was on a tight schedule. It was a very simple fix, should have taken no more than 30 minutes to complete, they told me it would take no more than 45 minutes, which was fine with me. Didn't get my car back until TWO HOURS later after watching other customers arrive after me and leave before me. No explanation or apologies were given. Fortunately, the repair was fully covered, so they just wasted my time instead of my money. Will never go back there again.

The 20K checkup on our Toyota Prius was handled very professionally. Mindy was our service advisor.
The service is great, but what I don't understand is why the process of getting an appointment is so cumbersome. My expectation is that it should take 3 minutes max. Instead, it takes more like 10 minutes. I called on the phone, but had to leave a message. That call was returned the next morning. After waiting 15 minutes for the return call, I went to an online chat session. That took about 10 minutes to get a confirmed appt.

Found the Tacoma I wanted online and reached out to the dealership. Heather Bennett emailed me within an hour or so even though the dealership was closed. We connected the next day and she was fantastic. Got a great deal. I live in Litte Rock AR. Flew in early and Ubered to the dealership and they took care of me fast.
My husband and I had a GREAT experience there yesterday. We came in looking for something pretty specific and Matt Ciuffa didn't hesitate to help. He listened to what we wanted and found something well within our price range. He didn't pressure us into something we didn't really want (unlike the other dealerships we visited that day) not did he push adding a bunch of the bells and whistles. In the end, he even helped us get a better interest rate on the loan than the borrower we were already approved with. We will definitely be going to Matt again when we are ready to buy our next car.
We weren t looking to purchase a new car, but life changed with a serious car accident at the beginning of summer. We ve had a rough couple of weeks and my husband and I don t care for car shopping. The cars are priced fairly so there is no need to haggle! Lou Fusz had a good selection of pre-owned vehicles for us to select from with a variety of options. We love our new Camry.
Service department at Lou Fusz is great. You are taken care of right away and the wait times are generally low.
We bought our Prius about 3 months ago and recently had our second service performed. The buying experience was as good as it could have been -- Jimmy M was very helpful throughout and never pressured us.

Update. We traded our Prius for an Avalon Hybrid. Went to Fusz, of course. At the 20,000 mile service, we also had to replace a missing key fob. Scot in the service department was especially helpful.
