Worst company ever..unprofessional and rude..which he knows call2 every month tells him to pay even though every month we never miss a payment..when whatsapp for receipt does not reply2 then call back and ask when do I make payment? Worst company ever! been calling me for more than a year when im not the person who owes the money. Looking for Tay Ping Wei when my surname is not even Tay. If you do not know how to do business, please use my advise. Call the telecomunication operator/telco company to check if my number belongs to Tay Ping Wei. If it's not, then just stop calling. Your client try to scam you and you believe them and call me for more than a year eventhough i have asked you to update your system.

They just dont bother if you are the legit owner. They will just consistently call you until you pay on behalf of others i suppose? I dont know. I just have that feeling. Sorry but if you still call me I will proceed in lodging a police report!

Incompetence at its peak! Those are robots working there. They will call and call u, bugging the life out of an innocent soul for past 11 years although I have politely clarify that the person they are looking for HAS CHANGED PHONE NUMBER FOR THE LAST 11 YEARS (Or maybe never use this number before for all I know). How can a company keep chasing the wrong person for a decade? Its like a dumb dog barking at the wrong tree for all his life. If you want to use their service, I suggest u to think again. If they cant get their info straight, what makes u think they are capable of handling your issue?

Very bad debt collection company! Use illegal means to get the phone number of the debtor s family member and harass... the debtor s family member is annoying! The staff are all Indians. They don t wear masks when seeing guests, and the rented place is not air-conditioned. In Ipoh

One of the best company I work with. The staff is very corporative and they deal their customers with kind heart, Staff listen to user problem carefully then slove their problems in quick time.

This company has been calling and harassing people to pay up debt without any validation documents. If you ask for statement or letter from bank they will not respond. Every month they claim different amount of debt and their interest can shoot up to 20k in 2 months. Their agents behave like gangsters and go around threatening people. Please don't entertain this company and make a police report if they continue to harass you or fail to give you proof of the debt. If you decide to make any payment, please verify the debt with the original debtor first.
