Wonderful experience. I got an oil change and some recall issues fixed. They were courteous and went way beyond. They have me a ride home and delivered my car to me when they were done. Since I work nights, this was so helpful.

I have bought two pre-owned vehicles from here,and my first car lasted 12 years. I just made a recent purchase, and so far, I am just as happy. Bart was great to deal with, and knew exactly what I was looking for, and he got me just what I wanted. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for new wheels! Walked into the dealer looking for someone that wanted to sell me a car, that guy was Chris Vanderbunt. He was very patient and understanding right off the bat. Originally came into this considering a new 2018 Chevy Camaro SS and absolutely LOVED the look, feel, and handing after the test drive...of course the wife made the argument for the Silverardo and convinced me to take it out on a drive. Fell in love on that drive so advised Chris. Paperwork had already been run for the Camaro but they flipped it all over to the Silverado and we were able to get it done that day! Definitely recommend Weber as this was the most seamless car buying experience I have ever had! Will be using them again in the future!

The sales team did a terrific job. The buying process was super easy and fast. I was given an excellent deal on the car that I wanted and offered an extremely fair price for my trade-in. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to buy.

We went for refinancing (2012) and ended up with a 2019! Lower interest rates, a much better and safer vehicle and quality service. I was depressed and didn't want to be there... However, the staff quickly turned me around and they weren't even trying. I highly recommend trying Weber first before anywhere else.

Matt Yarborough is a very knowledgeable salesperson who shares his knowledge and totally leaves the purchase up to the individual, not the pushy person just trying to sell cars, he looks for the car you want.

98 minutes for an oil change.
Service was good but an hour and half for a oil change?

We used the pickup and drop-off service and it was extremely convenient.

I bought my 2014 F150 from them with 45k 3 years ago. I had a few issues with the ac/heat. When you switched to recycle it would not blow harder. Took it in, they said it was fixed. Picked up and still had issues. They called me and said it s fixed 3 more times. Each time it was not fixed second issue, trucks main harness went out. Complete truck was dead I had been told it was finished no less than 4 times and each time I picked it up the truck had something else wrong. It was there over a month that time. The door seal was not installed correctly and water would come in my door. Dropped it off, called me and said come get it, it s fixed. Went to the car wash and guess what it wasn t fixed. That was three more trips.
So 7-6 ac goes out. Drop it off they have it until 7-13 it went to ford. Checked in midweek they said no issue to be found. I explained how to make the failure happen ( turn ac to max and drive for 20 or so mins) said it was 1/2# low. Got some BS they changed a seal and a valve. Called 7-13 come pick it up, left 20 mins into my drive, guess what....AC breaks... omg after they said it was test driven by multiple mechanics and dealership staff. I took a video of what it s doing and what I explained no less than 5 times to ford and Chevy.

Had to make yet another trip back and drop off after it was 100% fixed an hour ago.
Staff is nice and tell you what you want to hear but I must say, stay away for Warrntee work or any work for that matter.

Now here I am once again stuck without a truck. All they have are small suvs. Asked if they could at least get me a truck, after all they just had it for two weeks and didn t fix the issue. Now I m out again of a truck needing to go pick up wood.

I had a tire that was blown out. I had to wait seven days before I was allowed to come in to replace it, forcing me to drive unsafely on a spare tire for an extended amount of time. Even after waiting seven days, when I arrived I was told the tire that would fit my car was not in stock. Yet there was advanced warning that I was coming to get that tire replaced. I waited three hours to get a single tire replaced. Those working forgot about me and it wasn't until I spoke up that they realized my tire was already delivered. I will never return here again.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Car shopping is one our least favorite adult responsibilities, but Will and a few other employees made it a great experience. We were able to test drive a few models that we were interested in. After making the decision on one we liked and fit our budget, the paperwork was done and we were out the door. The buying process was significantly simplified so those "large purchase" anxieties were calmed quickly.

Bart was an awesome salesman and did a great job taking care of us. I recommend if you're going to Weber check him out and you'll be happy you did.

I recently bought a 2018 Ford Transit 350 cargo van from this dealer.

Mr. Andy Eldridge, made the buying process an easy one and was prepared from day one and went out of his way to make sure everything was aligned with my needs.

I had a bulkhead and etracks installed and all of this was arranged by Mr. Eldridge.

I would highly reccomend working with Mr. Eldridge as my buying experience was an easy and painless one!

The staff went far and beyond to assist me and provide superior service. They saved me on my repair by going the extra mile.

A simple oil change and tire rotation on a new vehicle should not take 2 hours. I intentionally made an appointment to reduce the time out of my day spent at the dealership. However, my time does not seem valuable to Weber

From start to finish this transaction went SO smooth! Wade made sure we we got what we wanted and that we were happy with everything. The finance guy, Zac, made the financial part painless!! He explained everything on the vehicle and even showed us all the options and how to use them! I can't begin to express how happy we are with this dealership!

My brother bought a Silverado here, and the financing went really fast, I didn't have to wait long.

Jason Haug listened to what we needed, didn t try to get us to blow our budget, and did everything he could to make sure we left with a suitable car that fit the needs we had for it. During a time where we were stressed about losing our car he made it a little easier.

Dealt with Steve Hughes, came out on a Wednesday just to look and had no real intentions of buying a new car. I explained my situation and he told me to look around to see if I liked anything and then call to let him know. I came back on Saturday because I was still looking.... I felt no pressure whatsoever to buy anything and he was completely honest during the whole process. He knew what I wanted color style ect and we found a match! It's a place to by a car if anything is wrong with your car they will not fix .time after I bought my car in for them not fix it again. Bad business. .....

BUYER BEWARE- My son bought his vehicle from Weber Chevrolet in Feb. 2021. A month later, he still has not received the title for his car. We keep getting the run around from them and they do not return phone calls. My son s temporary title expires on the 22nd. Until he gets the title, he can t pay the sales tax or legally register the car. Weber shows interest when you re buying the car, but when you walk out the door after the sale, they show very LITTLE interest in you. BEWARE.

I brought in my 2014 Chevy Impala for a protection package that I bought when I purchased my car from this dealership which was also a wonderful experience. They told me that they would need my car the whole day but would give me a loaner. True to their word, my loaner car was ready and they completed my car long before the end of the day. When I first checked my car, in the service advisor(Ricky) was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few things other things that I needed checked out and he added them with no problem. I picked up my car and they had checked everything I requested, completed what they promised, had it washed and sparkling just like new. They did an excellent job and I'm so pleased with the service and staff here. I would highly recommend their service department weather you buy your card here or not.

I've been in several times for the same problem, and it's still not fixed.

I have lost faith! When my vehicle is scheduled for early am, and it's not even looking at until the following day it's beyond poor customer service.

Got a new vehicle a couple days ago, found a windshield chip...got me in and out this morning in 45 minutes so I wasn't late to work.

No trouble with dealership but I'm always skeptical when I've dropped $4200 in repairs within a 4-month time frame and then you want another $1900 more. Sorry but repair cost are absolutely insane for recommended work.

Weber in Granite City, where I bought my car, is the only place I take it for anything. I get my oil changed and tires rotated every 5,000. I would like to do some of the other things that Weber said was needed, but I just don't have the money due to the pandemic. It would be nice to have some coupons to help offset the price so that I could do some of the things that are needed to my car.

Jason made our car buying experience extremely easy and stress free. He not only found us the perfect Tahoe, but he even found a rebate we were not aware of and saved us a fair amount of money.

I went in to ready to buy and I received an offer that was what I had in mind No trouble at all making a deal with a car I was very comfortable with and enjoy driving. The personnel were very friendly and accommodating.

Friendly service, fairly quick, unfortunately had to go there due to a strike at our dealer costing me $100 because we honored a picket line. Even though they couldn't do the work because it's the mechanics on strike. Thanks Weber you're good people.

Made an appointment to have tires installed two weeks in advance. I drive here, and already I sense problems. They have no recollection of my appointment, nor even if it had been made. Tried to use the "internet is having problems" excuse but still not acceptable. Had received daily updates about my appointment prior to day and thought they would have ordered.

This is my 5th car purchase from Weber and I continue to be amazed at the five star service. Jim & Dave went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me and process my trade in in record time. The whole Weber family welcomed me by name and congratulated me on a new job and new car purchase. I will never buy a new car anywhere but Weber Chevy and would recommend everyone become apart of the Weber family.
