I worked exclusively with Mark Kleve, Bill Miller and Tracy Cox on the purchase of my 2012 Chevrolet Impala LTZ. The customer service was phenomenal! I got to test drive the vehicle within minutes of arriving at the dealership. Mark and Tracy were very knowledgeable of the vehicle, helping me understand the new buttons and gadgets I was not used to. When I decided I liked the vehicle, Mark and Tracy helped me get a very good deal on this vehicle. Also, I received the value of my trade-in that I was hoping for. Everything went according to plan. Within two hours of arriving at the dealership, I was signing the papers to purchase my new vehicle! Everything was smooth and all information was provided to me in a very understandable manner.
