Saw the Toyota Tacoma in the color I wanted on the Lou Fuse web site and took a rainy Sat to go take a look. Took a test drive and I was ready to deal. The truck was still in just off the truck condition. I wanted the truck and Lou Fuse needed to move the truck off the lot. Sales person Jeremy Danzinger and the Lou Fuse sales management made getting this deal done quick and painless. They gave me a fair trade in value on my trade in truck and took some off the SRP. I had been to another dealership and had to fight for two hours to get the price that Lou Fuse started at . I am certain the dealership was happy to move a truck that few people are interested in and I am HAPPY with my New New Truck ( 3 mile on the odometer when I test drove). My wife and I will return to Lou Fuse for our future automobile need and will recommend Lou Fuse to anyone looking for an automobile.

Always appreciate the service I receive when bringing in my vehicle for maintenance. The staff are always friendly and the work is done in a timely manner. The service reps provide the service recommendations without being pushy. Travis was my rep this recent visit and he did a great job! I needed new brakes and they were able to get them installed in the time frame provided in addition to an oil change and tire rotation.

Once I found the service entrance all went well for my first service visit. I was met my a sweet senior man, who escorted me to my service advisor, Travis Finder. Travis was swift to get my car in the lineup and escorted me to the lounge area for coffee (the cookie jar was empty). I didn"t have to wait long and I was on my way to work. Thanks for quick service.

First off I want to thank my service writer Mr. Workman for an outstanding job. He was very helpful with the process from the time I walked in the door to the time I picked my car up. Next let move on to Mr. Hecht and his team. They did a quick and painless tuneup on my new Camry and made sure everything else was up to code. Thanks for the things you do and will always come back.

I recently purchased a new car at Lou Fusz Toyota. My salesperson, Nancy Schubert, worked with me to find the right vehicle, had good follow up on all details, delivered everything as promised, and we sailed through the closing paperwork. The process couldn't have been smoother.

THey did everything right and not more than was necessary.

As usual my service experience good.Mike was nice and took time to look up my service history. He also explain recommended service that was needed. Lou Fusz service department and personnel are all top notch even Marcia when I called in to make my appointment. Oh by the way the car wash coffee and cookies makes my wait enjoyable.

I just purchased a Prius and it was the best sales experience I have ever had. Patrick McLafferty provided excellent customer service. He had me in the Prius in about 4 hours. We worked through email and phone calls to limit the time in the showroom, so I was in and out. Patrick also stayed past closing to go over the car with me. He is awesome.

I stop by on Wednesday to look at a car at Lou Fusz Pre Own. Was there for at least 20 minutes even walk in the office area and no one greeted me or even came out to talk to me so I left. However the vehicle that they have there I did like very much. I called back Thursday to voice my frustration. JOE FUSON answered the call, very polite, apologetic and helpful. He assured me that if I came back he would personally make sure that I would be taking care of. JOE FUSON went above and beyond a salesman i have encounter in the past. Needless to say I bought the vehicle thanks to JOE professionalism. I would recommend Lou Fusz to all my friends now that I know JOE is working there.

I received excellent service from these expert mechanics. Have never had a problem over regular service up to this 30,000 mile check. My only problem is have trouble with dashboard settings. The car always comes back with a different setting. Maybe that is good, because I am learning to deal with it.

Needed to order a part over the phone the part representative I have got was so rude impatient if could have give less than 0 I would.

I ve been getting my Camry serviced with you all since I got it in 2009. I have always received excellent service. I recently was caught in a predicament where my car failed the emissions test twice and I was dreading taking it in for fear that it would fail a third time. Ryan made me feel so comfortable and he was very knowledgeable regarding my situation. I will be coming back to Ryan to have him work with my car when I need it serviced! Obviously, Jim Donahue is a pro at selling Toyotas! We came in to just get information about the new Camry and we left with a new Camry on order with all the bells and whistles! Jim was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and open to our needs. Toyota is fortunate to have a professional of his caliber in its employ. His colleague, Jimmy Conaway was equally adept and thorough as he explained the many features that were new to us as long-time Camry owners.

Lou Fusz Toyota ROCKS!! Scott Christensen sold me another Toyota--I have purchased so many, frankly I have lost count!! His over-the-top service and attention to detail are AWESOME. And, then there is the Service Department--Mike, Warren, Scott and the other Service Specialists make certain that the job is done correctly the first time and take a personal interest in my requests. I wouldn't trust my Toyota or purchase my Toyota from anyone else. Why would I even take a chance when the Fusz Team takes care of me and my vehicles.

I had a fantastic experience buying this car from Lou Fusz Toyota! I really appreciated how easy it was to negotiate the deal by phone and email with my salesperson, Todd Sterling. The closing process was very smooth (including the financing), and my car was waiting for me when I got there. I also really liked that a person sat with me in the car to demonstrate all of the features of my car (especially setting up Entunes), and to answer any of my questions!!

Daniel Burrow and the entire team at Lou Fusz Toyota were great to work with. I had spoken to Daniel about a Sienna for my wife but I was leaving town so we didn't have a chance to stop in and see it together. She stopped in to look at it a few days later and they took great care of her. They made her a very fair offer for her trade and a great deal on the new Sienna. We returned on Monday to complete all the paper work and pick up our new Swagger Wagon! We'll be back when it's time to replace my Tundra!

I called you set up an appointment she gathered all my information and then told me it would be best if I went to another auto body shop because they had a two week wait even though I said that was fine she insisted I go somewhere else. She gave me a number 2 another auto body shop which was incorrect and when I called back there was no answer. I'll also be contacting my State Farm representative that recommended this business to make them aware that they obviously do not want anyone's business.

I have been here a few times, for service and purchased my van from them. The sales experience was ok... Nothing outstanding for sure...a base line nothing to brag about experience... The service department is HORRIBLE!!! I have had an issue every time I have been in.... My latest experience was for an oil change ... When I asked how much my oil change would be I was told $85. Upon expecting my car...I needed a cabin filter...ok I had 30000 miles on my car....this bumped the price to $145. Which was WRITTEN on the paper I agreed to. Went to pay and all of a sudden my bill was over $300... How did we get there....the clerk offered no resolution to what I had been told...pay it or they keep the car.....I had already been there for 2 hours when I was td it would be 30 minutes....I had no choice but to be screwed!!! Get in the car and there is grease all of my light grey interior (not the first time for this either) and when you talk to them about it they are completely uninterested in your issue and do nothing to resolve the issue!!!? Hands down worst dealership I have ever delt with.... This is why my parents who have purchased several cars thru them just purchased their new car from another dealer and I will NEVER return.

Very questionable business practices, including placing spam ads on Craigslist claiming they include a picture, but dont.

Thanks to Mark Kleve for a great experience getting my (new to me) Highlander. Mark was very low pressure, but yet also very attentive with follow-up calls letting me know about new vehicles that he thought I might be interested in.

It was a lovely surprise that they offered to pick up my car,, have it serviced, and return it all in about 6 hours. There was no charge since I bought my Prius there last year. A real treat before I go on a road trip next week.

Lou Fusz Toyota advisor Shelby Parker arranged for valet service: Mike came to my house, picked up my car, they made the repair, and then returned my car the same day. They used gloves and seat covers and sanitized the car, making the experience safe, easy and efficient!

I was very pleased with my experience with Lou Fusz Toyota. We had done a lot of online and phone research before my parents went and actually looked at our top 3 cars. My parents had actually seen the cars multiple times before I was able to go and see/drive the cars. I was very torn as to which car I wanted...they were all very comparable...but chose the Prius C2 based on the exceptional gas mileage and the aftercare package. And beyond the car itself our salesman, Shane, was phenomenal! I can't say enough about how well he served us as well as seemed genuinely interested in us and in helping us make a decision that was the best for me.

I just bought my second car from Lou Fusz Toyota yesterday. I had a pleasant experience with them the first time but my latest experience was even better.
My dealer was Tara Gibson who was really friendly and made sure she answered all my questions patiently. She took me for three test-drives without even a second thought i and without asking me if I was ready to buy the car.
I had no intention of getting possession of my car yesterday since I was going through my own financier and would need to get back to them with my purchase order for them to write me a check to hand over to Lou Fusz. But Lou Fusz said they already had ties with the credit union that I had gone to and would gladly take care of the paperwork. And to my surprise, they finished up my paperwork in a single evening and I walked out with a beautiful car the same night. Now, THAT'S what I call service!
I was also very happy with how the Business Manager Daniel Patty spoke to me. Although at first I thought he was a bit too young to be a business manager, he handled my case really well. He offered me all sorts of combinations for the extended warranty and never pressurized me into taking it.
All in all, if I were to buy another car, Lou Fusz Toyota would again be my first preference.

Recently had our Corolla serviced by Lou Fusz on a rather snowy day in St. Louis. That did not deter the folks at Fusz from being at their jobs on time and with a smile no less.
I receive excellent service from Travis who took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, how much it would be and about how long it would take. Everything was as promised and Travis helped assure me that we would now be safer on the road as he noted that we have kept up to date with all services suggested since purchasing the vehicle from Fusz.
I believe the effort put forth by Travis merits a raise or at least a meal from his favorite restaurant. Thanks for all your help.

I had a great experience working with Lou Fusz while purchasing a 2014 Toyota Rav4. Kris Portnoy, our sales consultant, made the process informative, easy, and comfortable. Could not have been more pleased in his ability to get this deal done. Matt Green and team made sure the car looked great when I picked it up and the time the team spent with me going over all the features of my new RAV4 was very worthwhile. A definite team effort by Lou Fusz.

Really slow and bad customer serivce in the service department, some of these guys are downright incompetent. I dropped my car off on a friday morning, they told me to come in monday. I came in, they said they didnt know why they had asked me to come in. went to the service desk, the guys there completely ignored me for 20 minutes even though they werent serving anyone else, one guy was just texting. Finally I find out monday evening they forgot to start the claim paperwork and the inaurance had been calling and leaving mesaages and hadnt heard from them. The 2 people I had talked to in parts and services had forgotten to communicate with each other to start the claim.... shocker

I worked with Sarah Munroy rather extensively on test drives, before deciding on an Avalon Hybrid Limited. Was able to drive to my wife's work so she could see the car and sit in it. Sarah stayed in touch with me, and I came back to buy. The numbers they presented me on both my trade and my new purchase were exceptional so I made the purchase. There were little good things about the deal. I was, for example, able to swap my carpeted mats for all weather. Chuck managed this. I was able to negotiate down the price of the service contract with Bill, to something I thought reasonable. When I came in the next morning to finish my new vehicle demonstration, Nathan did a great job, spending time looking one thing up on the electronics when the answer was unknown. Furthermore, because I really didn't want the aftermarket service contract as written, they swapped it out for the Toyota Care plan. Nathan and Travis took care of this for me. So, to sum up, great, patient customer service, and a phenomenal way of dealing with small issues that made me very happy. Thanks.

Stopped by this location to look at the Rav 4 tonight. I'm needing to get a new car in the next week. It was 30 mins prior to close. Not one person approached to help, not one person said hello, never even acknowledged us. We walked around outside looking then headed inside. I counted 8 associates standing in 3 separate groups talking. My son and I opened every door of the Rav 4 on the showroom floor. It's sits in front of a glass room where 3 employees stood around talking. The car was prices at $35K, that may not be much to you, but it is to me. I'll take my $ somewhere else, where they want my business.

I searched for months and months for a used car that fit all of my requirements. I compared prices from other dealerships & spoke with several salespeople before finally buying my Honda Civic here. Rick Summerfield and the finance manager took great care of me and got me the best deal possible. They were very upfront and pleasant to deal with. I'm a single mom and feel better knowing that I will be driving something reliable & within my budget. There were a lot of cute cars on their lot. Highly recommended!

We weren t looking to purchase a new car, but life changed with a serious car accident at the beginning of summer. We ve had a rough couple of weeks and my husband and I don t care for car shopping. Before you purchase a vehicle, please know the facts and figures. Research which fees are a must and which ones are just added by certain dealerships. My husband and I drove nearly an hour here because of some of the advertised sales gimmicks. NOT WORTH THE TRIP!!!
