I was looking for a car and had already been to the Honda and VW dealerships. I was looking at a car and Kris Portnoy was very prompt in asking if he could be of service. He had a great way about him and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. I drove a RAV 4 Ltd. and loved the the car! As I was an out of towner, I bought the car from him over the phone. From start to finish it was a great experience and I would be happy to refer anyone in the market to him and Lou Fusz Toyota.

I have an old 4Runner with 240k miles that I plan on keeping until it falls apart - it is in excellent condition and plan to keep it that way. As usual, I can count on Lou Fusz Toyota and staff to keep it in great shape. Had some issues recently with all sort of maintenance lights coming on, so shout out to service advisor Brian Eads for a great job at keeping me informed, and to technician William Lambert for diagnosing and fixing the issues. Thanks gents!

I recently had my routine oil change, tire rotation and one tire repaired. My service adviser, Mindy Williams, was delightful. She was personable, professional and competent. There is a Toyota dealer much closer to me, but the service at Lou Fusz Toyota is superior. Recommend highly.

I came in for an emissions test for our 2013 Camry...

I came in for an emissions test for our 2013 Camry Hybrid.
Our service advisor, Scott, pointed out to me that with our Fusz reward card, we could have some routine maintenance done for free. Not only that, but he looked up a Subaru we had bought from Fusz FIVE YEARS EARLIER and said I had rewards for that car which were unused and still available to us.

That's going the extra mile.

The entire staff at Lou Fusz was wonderful. I never really felt pressured, and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend. Scott Christensen (my salesperson) was incredibly personable and I feel that I can call him whenever I have a problem.

Would not recommend Lou Fusz Toyota in Kirkwood, M...

Would not recommend Lou Fusz Toyota in Kirkwood, MO, and here's why:

- Week of May 10-16, 2020: I spoke with a salesman about a car on the lot. I made an appointment for the end of the week and let the salesman know that I would be travelling from about 3.5 hours away so it would need to be around lunch time. We decided on Friday (5/15) afternoon.
- Thursday, May 14, 2020: Confirmed the car was still on the lot and that I would be at Lou Fusz around 1 pm on Friday May 15th to test drive and, barring any serious issues, purchase the car.
- Friday morning, May 15, 2020: Reconfirmed call was still on the lot, received the address and headed out for the road trip.
- Friday afternoon, May 15, 2020: Arrive at LFT to be told that they accidentally double booked the car and that the other customer had already test driven it but that the salesman would retrieve the keys so I could take a look inside. A short time later, the salesman returns and says that the other customer wishes to talk with LFT about financing but offers that I can hang out and see what happens . Obviously upset, I tell him that I will not hang around and that I m leaving. Now I realize that it s a first come, first serve basis, but when the realization occurred that there was an error made .or when someone came in wanting to look at the same car, a notice would have been nice since I was driving such a distance.
- I don t remember exactly what day I made the phone call but I was still upset about the whole ordeal so a few days after it happened, I called to speak with a manager. She was very kind and apologetic about the situation. The car was sold so the next best thing she could do was offer me a gas card for my troubles. I thanked her and she confirmed my address, said she would get it in the mail.
- Monday, June 1, 2020: I still had not received the promised gas card. I waited until June to follow up, taking into consideration that there could have been a mail delay due to the holiday. I called and had to leave a message for the manager, same manager that I spoke to the first time.
- Wednesday, June 17, 2020: I still have not received the gas card. I still have not received a call back from the manager.

After intense inspections, a test drive[they took without my permission], and pretty much wasting 2hrs of my time...Dom tells me he won't take my vehicle on a trade because its too modified due to my aftermarket bumper and tires. It seemed he could have said that from the get go. Plenty of other dealerships to shop at. Dont waste your time on these people

Finally a pleasant experience purchasing a new car...

Finally a pleasant experience purchasing a new car. My sales rep was Jim Donahue. He was patient when answering my questions and explaining features of the different models. I felt that he worked out pricing without the normal expected stress and that he was friendly and fair. It was a win win for Lou Fusz and myself. All my calls were returned in a reasonable time frame which really helped in the decision making process. I look forward to working with Jim when I purchase a car for my daughter. The financing also went smoothly and they contacted my insurance company for me. It was the next best experience without getting it from my uncle Warren Becker.

Special thanks to Albert Koesterer for taking time away from his family to get the vehicle. I really wished he had not done that, but it really proved how motivated he was to make our deal happen. My wife and I were interested in adding another Prius car to our household. We initially encountered a young lady from internet sales who showed up where the cars were on the lot. She stayed with us as we looking at different models and was very helpful. She then had us meet salesperson Patrick McLafferty. Mr. McLafferty took a test drive with us in the model that we were considering. He is very personable and we enjoyed the test drive with him. When we chose the model we wanted, Mr. McLafferty helped us every step of the way in purchasing the vehicle. He made the car buying experience very easy. Normally we find purchasing a car a somewhat stressful experience but not this time. We would definitely recommend Mr. McLafferty to friends and family who are interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Ask for Cody Cox, he is the one that helped me.

The sales force is not pushy but ask if you need help. Cody used Kelly blue book to price my car and they added a good amount over what it priced out at. I liked the price so I told him I was interested. He asked what I was looking for and my style of driving. With that info he recommended a second option for me to look at. He brought over the Avalon Limited I was interested in and a RAV 4 Platinum. Both vehicles fit what I was looking for, I did end up going for the Avalon but the RAV4 Platinum was not easy to pass up.

I had my new car about an hour after I made my decision. it took me awhile to decide, the RAV4 was nice and it had a good deal that came with it. He was not pushy as my wife and I made our decision and once I gave the ok we were out of there within the hour. I told him to call me in two or three years, I will give him first shot at selling me another car.

Over the last 25 or 30 years, I have had numerous pleasant experiences with Lou Fusz. I live much closer to another Toyota dealer, but have had just the opposite experience there...so I no longer patronize them. The guys and gals at Lou Fusz have never been anything but polite and helpful with the few repairs and service visits I have had with my Toyotas. I happily recommend the service department at Lou Fusz to everyone I know!

The folks who works in the service department are ...

The folks who works in the service department are amazing and very friendly!
Out of the three visits that I went, it happens to have Scott as my agent for two times, and he did a wonderful job getting my car ready as fast is it can be.
And the best of all, they don't overwhelm you with thousands of recommended maintenance, although they recommend for you what really matters.

We were looking for a new car for my girlfriend. After reading countless reviews, going to many dealerships and searching all over the St. Louis area she decided on a 2014 Toyota Corolla S Premium in Barcelona Red. We started looking at different Toyota dealerships in the area and contacted a few. Lou Fusz was the one who went the extra mile to get the car she wanted and give us an excellent deal on it. They did everything they promised and the sale went quickly/smoothly. A big thanks to Patrick Fusz, Dan Bozzay and Kris Portnoy who made this a great experience. We will buy our next car from these people as well.

My service time on March 11 was a good experience. Mindy kept me informed as work progressed, telling me findings and getting my approval to extend the day's service. When she was preoccupied to check me out, Scott picked up the paper work and explained the maintenance cycle to me and the charges for that day. They were most kind, as was the man who attended me as I drove into the garage. Thank you

Salesman Albert Koesterer and the sales manager were most helpful in finding exactly the RAV4 I wanted and were helpful and cordial throughout. Rating is only 4 stars because (1) I didn't feel like I got a super deal and (2) I could have done without the finance manager insisting on giving me the full warranty presentation even after I made it clear I was not interested.

I have been continually disappointed by the servic...

I have been continually disappointed by the service department at Lou Fusz. The list of reasons is too long to go into. But I have had rebate claims denied twice because the service wasn't qualified for the rebate. If the company stands behind these advertised rebates, then I should have a free oil change and $20 off another one coming to me. Plus, I have asked several times about an Entune system update, and they never complete them. I won't be taking my car to them again, and probably not buying a Toyota again either.

Went in to feel out the Highlander today and worked with Mark Kleve. He is very knowledgeable and is passionate about customer service. I greatly appreciated the "no pressure" sales mentality. Although I was not able to find a suitable fit in a car for me today, I am looking forward to working with Mark and the Lou Fusz team when the right one arrives on their lot. I would definitely recommend both this dealership and working with Mark!

The car salesmen we re not willing to work with me at all. I was looking at a used Toyota RAV4 and they were unwilling to go down at all on the price and said I would never find one at that price. I ended up finding a new RAV4 at a different dealership for cheaper than what they listed their used one at.

DON'T SPEND YOUR TIME WITH THIS PEOPLE!!!!
If u want to have ignorance from the dealers and if u want to be insulted just step in this building. We went there with my friend two days ago and while we were asking questions, the guy who were helping(!) us didn't care any of our questions. He left us while trying to get conversation with him and left us to help for other customers but there were another workers who could help them. While he was doing this, he was telling us " you should wait cause I will help others." HOWEVER , WE HAD APPOINTMENT WITH THEM AND I DID NOT WALK IN THERE WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION ABOUT MY VISIT. He left us 4 times and get away during the conversation. I asked for test drive and the answer was that " if you did test drive before with Toyota Corolla, you are not supposed to do it again." Sorry man I am your customer and you MUST take care of my requests. Me and my friend get out of the building because he left us for more than 5 minutes at last time he got away and doing something outside of the building and it was for the 4th time. We got in my friend car then he saw us and came near us without any regret on his face and told us that "you should make your decision and come back again." Excuse me sir!! I have already made my decision thus I visited your place. So, what did I do today? I bought the same car from Toyota Ackerman. I let this situation all my friends to know and I will not suggest this place to my community!
Now, I am sharing my this experience with my friends who are expressing their best wishes for my new car.

To sum up; walk in this place to have terrible service and disrespectful behaviors! (I wish I could give 0 star and this is second review I made in my life for any store)

The people at Lou Fusz Toyota are amazing! We had a mishap in our garage that left us needing a replacement on our passenger side mirror. We shopped the repair around town, and Lou Fusz was able to do it for half the price of anyone else we could find! The service manager Dan Van Fleet was EXTREMELY helpful, and had us in and out of his shop in an hour. He even offered us a loaner vehicle in the event we didn t have the time to wait for the repairs to be done. Everyone at the dealer was extremely helpful and professional, and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase or service their vehicle to look no further than Lou Fusz Toyota!

I love the free shuttle service. I can drop my car off, get a ride to work and then they pick me up around lunch time. I always feel safe knowing they keep my car maintained with what needs to be done. Scott Grzmala is honest and works with me with any available coupons to help keep my cost down. I recommend Lou Fusz Toyota for any repair or maintenance needed because of their friendly and courteous staff, and their quality of work.

I have been driving my new Camry for almost six weeks and love it more each day. I had looked at a Camry at another dealership, but wanted a white one which they did not have. Brian Williams waited on me at the Kirkwood location. I told him I had already test driven one, but he wanted me to drive the white one to make sure I was comfortable with the way it handled. My wife and I both bought Toyota Highlanders here....

My wife and I both bought Toyota Highlanders here. Back in 2004 she got her first Highlander - it was the most comfortable car I ever drove long distance. I knew the next time I got a new car for myself I would get one, too. I got mine last year (2015) and my wife upgraded this year (2016). They treat you right at Lou Fusz - they gave us good money for our trade-ins and we got good deals on the vehicles, too. The service is where it's at, though. I really like the fact that they service our vehicles fast and then actually wash them instead of give us a little card for us to do it ourselves after we leave. They are very nice and explain every nuance of what the problem is if we are in for repairs.

We ended up at the dealership late on a Friday night. Don Cole could not have been better. It was close to closing time but he got keys for us and took the the time to get things started for us. The process was quick and everyone was very personable and professional. Daniel and Sue made the paperwork quick and painless. We will return and refer friends and family with future car needs, great experience.

We went to St. Louis last Saturday to buy a new Toyota Prius. Mr. Daniel Burrow was punctual on time to meet with me and my family. He showed us all the cars that we are interested in. Also, he was very knowledgeable with all the questions/ information that we requested from him. Additionally, he was willing to negotiate the price with us and financial managers in order to reach the final deal. We got the car and we are very happy with deal and of course, the car.

Lou Fusz was great to work with. Shane Roemer held a Highlander for us on a phone call and had it gasses up and ready for our test drive when we got there. He was great with our kids which was very important as you are at a dealership for hours when purchasing anything new. He took an interest in us to the point of exchanging contact information for our cobbler....who doesn't need a good cobbler.

We would recommend Shane and Lou Fusz to anyone. Go see them if you are in the market for a new Toyota. BTW.... they were the only dealership with 2 Hylander Hybrid Limited Platnums on hand.

"Bones Donahue" does it again! Sold me another Tacoma. Always a tough, but fair, negotiation.

I think he has sold me 5 vehicles now and I always recommend him to friends and relatives in need of a Toyota.

Also enjoyed spending my time with Bob Schneider. A true professional!

He reviewed my purchase history and cut right to the chase during my financing meeting. No wasted time on unnecessary extended warranty sales "pitches".

I love my new truck, but when I trade again, I will be right back to see "Bones"
