Lou Fusz is not the closest Toyota dealer to me but I really like them. Jay Wolfe Toyota is just down the street from me and I will never go there again. They tried to get me to have very expensive work done and when I said I would have to go somewhere else because of the price they said I would be throwing good money after bad. Lou Fusz has always been very reasonable and helpful. And they've helped me out what I needed help. Plus they have a shuttle so that works out great. I definitely recommend them.

From the time I walked into the building to when I left with my new Venza, everyone was very helpful. Sarah spoke with me on the phone and had left word with Dominic, so he was ready to help me when I arrived. He then introduced me Jim who was incredibly patient with me to ensure I found the right car for me. Bill was helpful with the financing and assisted in steering me in the right direction, All in all, I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you to everyone for all your help, I LOVE my Venza!!

Bought a Certified Pre-owned vehicle from Lou Fusz...

Bought a Certified Pre-owned vehicle from Lou Fusz Toyota yesterday. Found the the vehicle online at what seemed to be a great price. Twenty-eight pictures from every angle, inside and out.

I called the dealership and spoke with Mark Klize - very friendly on the phone; he took my contact information and called back when he was certain the vehicle was still on the lot and had no pending deal in the works. We went over, talked to Mark for a bit, and decided to take it for a test drive. It was VERY nice, super clean and exactly as described online.

The time came to discuss my trade in, and the offer made to me was exactly in line with what I could expect according to blue book values. I figured they'd make up for the great price on the newer vehicle by lowballing my trade. They offered more than what I had determined I must-have to make a deal. Amazing.

Everyone we spoke with yesterday was helpful and friendly. Even had some fun conversations about kids and furniture while waiting for the paperwork to be put together. Highly recommend Mark Klize at Lou Fusz!

When I relocated to St Louis from Sarasota Florida for school, I was looking for a dealership to service my Toyota Corolla S. I went to Lou Fusz and the service was excellent. Everyone, and I mean everyone was exceptional! Now, I'm living in Sikeston, MO and still drive up to get my car serviced at Lou Fusz Toyota, because I can't find that quality of service down here.

We are planning on adding another vehicle to the family and it will be purchased at Fusz Toyota.

The quality is far superior to anything else and the little higher price was a no brainer for the superior quality vehicle. Salesman Jim Donohue was a very personable guy and highly professional. He is very detail oriented and also took time after a long day and explained all options on the vehicle. An extra warranty was also purchased for the vehicle which is highly recommended.

Usually the car buying process is as comfortable as a visit to a dentist. Something you have to do and hope for a painless result. Thankfully my dealing with Scott Christensen at Lou Fusz was the most pleasant car purchasing experience I've ever had.

From the minute I met with Scott, on a referral from another satisfied customer, I knew it would be easy. Scott was more than accommodating and quite pleasant to work with. He had all the information necessary to help me make a decision and provided outstanding customer service.

There was no "haggling", just an easy negotiation on a very satisfactory price and the deal was done. Certainly not expected and quite gratifying.

Tom Capstick, the Sales Manager, was easily accessible and supported the entire process. The technical information and setup of the Entune system by Jimmy was amazing. It was in-depth and comprehensive.

Brian Summerville handled all the paperwork and information quickly and efficiently. Having a pre-approved loan at what was a great rate, he called the bank to set it up. Brian got the bank to lower the rate to an even better number...Great Service!!! There was no pressure to add "extra" services.

I would definitely recommend Lou Fusz and especially tell anyone to ask for Scott Christensen. And the 2014 RAV4 is great!

I was very impressed with the way my vehicle was worked in even though I did not have a prior appointment. My starter gave out and I had my car towed in late afternoon. Within 30 minutes of arrival, I received a text from Travis, the service consultant, identifying the needed repair. Since it was late in the afternoon, the repair was made first thing the next morning. Well Done, Lou Fusz Toyota in Kirkwood MO.

I just had a great buying experience at Lou Fusz Toyota! I had been looking for a 4 Runner with very specific options. After searching many dealers websites and speaking to some, I connected with Kris Portnoy at Lou Fusz. He did a great job of finding the vehicle I wanted and had it delivered within the time frame he gave me. The buying experience was great. Kris and his manager were very straight forward, low pressure, and gave us a great deal. Travis Burch, the business manager and Jimmy Conoway, the "technolgy guru" were great to work with as well. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time and never waited more than 2 minutes for any one or any thing. We are thrilled with our purchase!

We ve bought vehicles from Lou Fusz since 1985 and they are just a great company to work with every single time, the whole Fusz team goes over and above the call of duty. Even when one of our kids had poor credit they did in-house financing for a year we were able to refinance to lower interest. When you re in need of a great Toyota, definitely contact them first!

Paint color blended nicely on the trusty ride.

My wife explains "the doe hit my car" - it was suddenly there: no chance to stop nor swerve. Deer do that.

One time she drove Highway 44 east towards Highway 270 and a deer ran fast a few lanes over in the same direction. People honked and wanted her to pass that deer. Luckily she did not pass it and so not another collision repair story.

This is my third new vehicle purchased here at Lou Fusz Toyota utilizing the same salesman (Jim "Bones" Donohue who is a former Saint Louis Cardinals baseball player) and financial guru Bill McKeown. I drive almost three hours to this dealership even though there is a Toyota dealership in my home town. The employees at my hometown dealership are great, well-meaning people but as I tell everyone do you want to buy your groceries at the corner gas station or the Walmart Supercenter where volume saves money? Don't take my word for it, shop around and compare; I believe you will come to the same conclusion that I have! Both Jim and Bill will work for you to get you the best deal possible while treating you with honesty and respect!

If I could rate it a zero star I would. the staff was rude and tried to upsell me on everything, prices were outrageously high even for a dealership, and when I asked to speak to the manager she was even more rude than the employees. this place is miserable and if youre looking for a Toyota dealership I highly recommend going to Jay Wolff, this place shouldn't even be in business its so bad.

Terrible experience back in August. The Salesman I worked with acted as if he had never heard of customer care or understanding. Also he lied about multiple things to me about my warranty and things of that nature. Although I did buy, I immediately wished I hadn't. The treatment I got was uncalled for. The salesman had no explanation of the car itself either. I even had to show him how to put the manual transmission into reverse. All in all I will not recommend to anyone, especially if Matt Ciuffa is the dealer.

The first place we went to look for a new SUV was Toyota. We (my wife and I) met Eric when we walked in. Eric was very informative and helpful. We were still considering buying a Jeep so we had a couple other places to look before making a decision. Eric was very low pressure and stayed in touch. The next day Eric had sent a personal video to my wife showing her a new 4runner that just came in. Eric addressed my wife by name and remembered the details she was looking for. We were impressed by the video and ended up going back to the dealer for a second time and ended up purchasing a Toyota 4runner with Eric. We were very pleased with the whole process! Just bought a new 4Runner from Lou Fusz Toyota, and all I can say is Wow. What an outstanding example of what customer service and care should look like. Fusz went above and beyond on everything, they showed extreme care for detail during the walkthrough of my new car and they never made me feel rushed, yet they still managed to be time-efficient and fulfill any needs of mine. I just had an awful experience previous to this exchange, so I can not say more good things about Lou Fusz Toyota. Thank you for being an example of the car dealership community! Our Lou Fusz experience was probably about as enjoyable as a car buying experience can be. Jeff Bohnert is a straight forward no pressure kind of salesman. Jeff was open to negotiation with our trade-in and worked hard to see that we were happy enough with the deal to make the purchase. Due in part to a minor internet outage at the dealership it was a rather long day, but Jeff and the rest of the staff at Lou Fusz were on the ball with making sure we were comfortable with water or coffees on hand. Everyone we spoke with there was extremely courteous and friendly. Also a shout out to Jaime, their Insurance guy, who was a jarhead like me.

At the end of the day we left with a really nice new Toyota Tundra 4x4. I would definitely recommend giving Jeff Bohnert or one of the other guys at Lou Fusz Toyota a chance at your business.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!! On a recent Sat. morning...

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!! On a recent Sat. morning we were driving in from WI to St Louis for a wedding at 3pm. (We had to drive back the 6.5 hours the next day.) Two hours away from St Louis (11am) our car started making a very loud rattling noise. We called Lou Fusz Toyota, explained our situation, and they said 'Come in and we will do what we can for you". We arrived at the dealership at 1 pm, 20 minutes from the church. Given the circumstances, they very kindly expedited their process. In 20 minutes they had diagnosed the problem and, though they didn't stock the part (no surprised - it is a 2010 car:), they had a already planned a workaround for us! Thirty 30 minutes later had us on our way to the wedding! We made it to the wedding with 15 minutes to spare. :)

THANK YOU to the wonderful staff (especially John the service consultant and the young woman who was the cashier who was ready to make arrangements for us to get a ride to the wedding) for such outstanding and rarely seen service!

It s a great shop if you like scheduling an appointment, showing up on time and watching them help people who came after you first. It s an oil change. I have been waiting two hours. People have walked in, had repairs and left. On the bright side I woke up early on a day off so....there is that.

Edit: total time from hi I have an appointment... ok. To we are done was 2.5 hours.

Mike checked me in and explained what needed to be done. He made sure I got credit for my coupons. His smile always makes me feel welcomed. It only took an hour to get six items completed and I was on my way.

I asked the service rep who went over my completed work order form with me, what to use to clean the inside windows. I was having a problem cleaning without getting streaks or glare, He showed me the product and then went to my car and cleaned the windshield, I can see so much better now, no streaks or glare. I am sorry i do not know the service reps name.

When I first arrived I had talked to a Salesman prior to coming there. He said he would be able to help me so when I first came in I asked for him. But this was a time for the worst because he actually could not help me. He was waiting on another lady to come in and help me. The wait was about an hour. He tried taking me outside to get some cars mind you it was raining and cold he walked me around the whole building while we looked at cars. Trying his best to star time.. When I did get help the lady seemed like she was in a rush but she was friendly. I do feel like they were not very helpful and I decided to get my car somewhere else otherwise they were friendly. Just not very helpful and wasted a lot of my time. Oh and the guy that was helping me he was doing a lot of small talk while we were waiting. Talking about silly things that I did not find professional. Example he was telling me about a cat he used to own then he went on to talk in about a offer that another customer was trying to offer him on a car and he felt like the customer was low-balling him. But to be honest I don't recommend anyone this place because I feel like they profile people.

I had an awesome experience with Lou Fusz Toyota. My service advisor Scott Gryzmala took care of my 2017 Sienna's oil change and maintenance. I think this was the second or third time Scott was the advisor and as expected he did a top job finishing everything on time along with his valuable feedback. He was very prompt and answered all my questions about the vehicle. He took care of everything. This time I opted for the valet service and was not disappointed. The dealership picked up my vehicle and dropped it off after service at my residence on time. I think these small things make a huge impact for the customer. I highly recommend Scott Gryzmala and Lou Fusz Toyota at Manchester, Kirkwood.

We had a great experience with George from Lou Fusz. After my old 200,000 mile car stopped working, I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to enjoy the process because we had just purchased a car and it wasn't my turn yet. With my husband traveling quite a bit during this time and my busy season at work, I was dreading the idea of having an extra expense that I wasn't expecting. George made the process easy, low pressure and seamless. I appreciate how easy this was and I do really love my 4runner.

My vehicle purchase at Lou Fusz was hands down the easiest, most pleasant buying experience ever! Matt and Bill had the vehicle and paperwork ready for me when I arrived, so I was in and out in just over an hour, including the test drive. Their pricing is up-front and very competitive, and I felt no pressure whatsoever to buy any extras I didn't need or want.

The service department is top-notch, and is one of the best I've visited. The staff is very friendly, professional and upbeat, and always make me feel welcome when I stop in for maintenance services. Travis was awesome, and sent a follow-up email after my service with a comprehensive report of the condition of my vehicle.

The waiting room is clean and inviting, with a relaxed atmosphere and all the amenities such as coffee, hot chocolate and a snack machine. The complimentary car wash is also a really nice touch!

I very highly recommend the Lou Fusz team for all your needs!

Our overall experience with the staff at the dealership ranging from our first customer interaction all the way to signing the dotted line on the contract was nothing short of exemplary. This was our third car purchase but was the easiest and most remarkable for the fact that there was zero stress and anxiety during the process. This was one of our best experiences. My 2010 Prius had a dead battery. AAA got it going for me. I drove immediately to Lou Fusz. They took my car; checked the battery; told me the battery was OK & didn't need to be replaced yet; recharged it for me; offered to do the oil change a little bit ahead of time since the car was up on the rack and that would save another trip in a month or so. I had been worried that I would be without a car for the whole weekend, since it was Friday and this was an unforeseen, unscheduled, last minute, impromptu visit. But I needn't have worried because the great guys at Lou Fusz took care of it in about an hour! I just couldn't believe it! We went to another dealership and walked out after they tried to swindle us. The next day, we came to Lou Fusz and met Mike Carroll and had our guard up, but quickly realized we didn't need to. He was amazing, fair, and listened to us. He listened to understand what we wanted, not to respond with what he wanted to sell, and gave us options within our needs. We left that day with a car that fit our family's needs, and our budget needs. We had a small holdup with some paperwork, and they even handled that with professionalism and have been awesome to deal with through the process.

I purchased a RAV4 here today, working with Mark Kleve, and it was literally the best car buying experience I've ever had. Not only did he have the car ready for me when I got there for a test drive, he was so patient to show me other cars and answer my questions and he was not sales-aggressive at ALL. I felt completely in control of the situation and that I got the best deal possible on a great car. All around great experience and I will recommend to all my friends!

Using the internet, I found a pre-owned vehicle I was interested in seeing and test driving. I submitted the online inquiry and even though it was a Sunday, 5 minutes later I got a call back from Joe Gustafson! I hadn't expected that so it was a nice surprise to get a response so quickly.. I went to the lot the following morning and the car was detailed in pristine condition and ready to go. Joe gave me a great route to follow for the test drive which I appreciated since I don't live in that part of town. The car was everything I was looking for so I knew by the time the test drive was over that I would buy it. Joe helped me contact my insurance company so they could email him a copy of my insurance card. Guy Taylor took time to explain the additional warranties available and what they would and wouldn't cover. Both gentlemen were professional, pleasant, and patient. Joe took time to point out some of the features before I drove the car off the lot. I left a happy camper. My first-time experience with Lou Fusz was a great one!
