I have purchased a new vehicle with Lou Fusz before. Scott Christensen was my direct sales rep but everyone involved was amazing! I needed to get a used vehicle and there was no doubt in my mind where to go first. Lou Fusz and its reps are all about customer satisfaction. They are not high pressure sales people out to make a quick buck. They are genuine, down to earth, helpful people that speak in terms anyone can understand. They go out of their way to help you get into the vehicle that you really want. I cannot speak highly enough about their entire team, both on the new side and the pre-owned. They are always professional, friendly, and quick to communicate! They have a customer for life and I recommend them to everyone that I know!
Pure harassment. Their buyer keeps contacting me and not representing himself as a buyer for a dealer. I've made it clear that I'm not interested in his low ball offers but he contacts me again without saying where is is coming from. Seriously... have some respect for peoples time and intelligence. Chill out guys... if I wanted to get ripped off I would have responded differently.

I had a kind of similar experience as Kathryn 2 days ago. I always bought my Toyotas through the St louis auction because I could get them at a better price. This time I decided to get an almost new car from the dealer to have some extra "peace of mind". So in January 2017 I purchased my Camry from Lou Fuss Toyota. Salesman was Mr. Donohue. A no nonsense salesman who gave us ample time and a decent deal. So far no complain. Saturday I noticed the A.C. stopped working (car is 2 years old). Called Fusz to inform and was told to schedule Monday as servicing was closed. Fine. Meanwhile I crossed the 36K mileage and thus no more warranty. Got A.C. checked and fixed and had to pay $300. I felt really bad that they knocked off just $70 from an overly expensive $140 diagnostic fee. Had the dealer conceded at bit more to alleviate my pain, it would have made a huge difference. Stephanie was firm and so I paid the price. A bad review because the dealer went cheap on its customer. I haven't lost faith in Toyota, but my next Toyota won't be from this dealer. ( Sorry, Jim) Now I know when they say "in the showroom you are a king but once you are dealing with the service dept you are just a statistic". Sad.
I recently bought a used vehicle from Lou Fusz and was very happy with the experience. The salesperson, Mark Kleve, was very helpful and happy to share any information on the car I was looking at, with no pressure or heavy handed sales tactics. He showed me the Car Fax report and Blue Book values without my having to ask, and was eager to answer any questions I had.
I had pre-shopped online and chose Lou Fusz because their asking price on the car I was interested in was lower than similar cars from other vendors - I got a car with fewer than 14,000 miles on it for less money than other dealers were asking for the model year with 50,000 miles.
We had a specific vehicle in mind that they did not have on the lot, but the staff was super helpful.
Always appreciate the service I receive when bringing in my vehicle for maintenance. The staff are always friendly and the work is done in a timely manner. The service reps provide the service recommendations without being pushy. Travis was my rep this recent visit and he did a great job! I needed new brakes and they were able to get them installed in the time frame provided in addition to an oil change and tire rotation.

I arrived to Lou Fusz to check out 1 vehicle, Frankie Jones approached me in a non annoying salesman way and we hit it off, he was thorough, friendly, not pushy, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me out. We checked out the car I was interested in, took it for a spin, and did the deal. He was quite knowledgeable about the car which helped as well. I look forward to going back for service and seeing him. I would recommend Frankie and the dealership for your toyota needs.
I recently had my routine oil change, tire rotation and one tire repaired. My service adviser, Mindy Williams, was delightful. She was personable, professional and competent. There is a Toyota dealer much closer to me, but the service at Lou Fusz Toyota is superior. Recommend highly.

The service was excellent in every respect, as always, including the service advisor, Scott. I have all my service done at Lou Fusz Toyota except for tires, etc. which I have done for 40 years at a Dobbs store near where I live.
Scheduled online and apparently it didn't take. When I got there Mindy said no problem and took me in and took care of my needs (oil change & tire rotate). Waited only about 1 hr. Very appreciative of the service and short wait time. I like that they always wash before returning vehicle to me.
I leased a 2014 Corolla and Todd Sterling was an excellent sales rep. He worked hard to keep my lease payments where I wanted them and still find a vehicle that I liked. The actual delivery process was very professional and they did a great job showing me the features of the car.
Recommendations for additional services can now be approved by text. I received a text from my service advisor Mindy during my wait. The text detailed the work and price and I was able to approve the additional services immediately. I love it! Thank you for always providing excellent service on my Camry.

After an oil change and tire rotation, there wasn't time to look into the "check engine" light that had come on the day before. So I came back the next day, Sep 23 and worked with service adviser Warren Hamilton. He had mechanic Steve Hess check out the light and tell me what he'd found -- nothing other than a loose gas cap. They asked me to return if that light reappeared.
Incidentally, I accidentally left a reading book in the service area on the the first visit and it was saved and waiting for me to pick up when I returned the next day.

We had our car towed to Lou Fusz after it wouldn t start. They were able to diagnose the issue in about an hour and complete the repairs in about 2 hours. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, our service advisor (Travis F.) kept us informed, and the courtesy shuttle gave me a ride home and later picked me up when the work was complete, which saved me the cost of an Uber or taxi.
This is a 5-star organization. Purchased a vehicle. Salesperson James Donohue provided excellent information about the various models and packages. No sales pressure.

Jim Donohue is the best salesman ever - go see him for your next new Toyota. The transaction was super easy and fast. We bought one of the cheapest cars on the lot and were treated as though we bought the most expensive vehicle on the lot. The entire crew was very friendly and helpful. I recently purchased a Toyota Rav 4 from Lou Fusz Toyota at 10725 Manchester Road. The Sales Consultant, Nancy Schubert, introduced herself and answered all of the questions I had prepared beforehand. She was courteous, thorough and knowledgeable about the vehicle, and was not aggressive in our transaction. In fact, this was the most pleasant experience I ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. She simplified the process, provided some ideas I had not thought of, and was especially fair in our negotiations. Within 15 minutes from entering the dealership, I purchased the 2014 Rav 4. She then introduced me to Bill McKeown, the Finance Manager. Bill was just as pleasant and knowledgeable as Nancy. He was thorough in providing me with some financing options and never tried to talk me into buying a plan I was not interested in. He also made the process simple. What I found especially interesting with both Nancy and Bill was their employment tenure with Lou Fusz. Both of them have been with the Dealership for over 20 years! That told me a lot about them, as well as the way Lou Fusz treats its employees and customers. The bottom line is that because of my experience with Nancy and Bill, they didn't just sell me one vehicle, they made a customer for life.
Smart courteous service provided by Scott. It wasn't the only time Scott has worked with me. He freely communicates the needs of me vehicles and he always has an eye out for financial concerns and priorities. I bought my car at Lou Fusz and no one but Fusz mechanics have touched my car. My wife's Avalon runs like I expect it to.

Scheduling was easy. Free oil changes are great. But I feel pretty unappreciated when I'm told it's $150 minimum to diagnose a simple blower issue on my vehicle I've had less than a year (and under 50k miles). As a customer I don't like being told that it might have been better to drive to the Chevy Lou Fusz dealership to get my issue handled. I live in the city and that's all the way out at Mid Rivers. No thanks. When I bought this car I was told I could get service anywhere and it wouldn't be a problem. I still have a blower issue and will be going to my mom and pop mechanic instead who will no doubt not charge me more than $100 to fix such a minor issue. Frustrating. Oh, and I got to watch two employees laugh and watch something on their phones instead of asking if I needed help when I came to pick up my vehicle. I'll continue getting my free oil changes but it's clear I need to go elsewhere if my vehicle has an actual problem. Also, the guy who checked me in didn't cover his nose with his mask. Way to expose everyone to your germs dude!
Edit: My mechanic is honest and doesn't charge less because he does shoddy work. I know what things should cost, and a diagnostic fee that's that high is outrageous, especially in this climate. It adds up pretty quick into a large bill when it's $150 ahead. Pretty convenient for you guys. I already paid thousands of dollars for my vehicle and all the other add-ons you pressured me to get. I'm not contacting anyone. If you want to make it right, you've got my phone number. I will never buy a car from Lou Fusz again or recommend you to anyone.

Sales great. Service department awful. We have an issue with our sunroof and need to determine if it s under the warranty enhancement and after talking to 3 people we were told it would cost us $140. Weiss Toyota will diagnos for free and if it doesn t qualify for the warranty enhancement we walk away with no charge instead of paying $140. Here s to no BS charges and shady practice.
I worked with Dave Koob (sales consultant), Scott Christensen (sales consultant), Shane Roemer (Sales Mgr) and Chuck Church (General Sales Mgr). I can't say how great everyone was with my transaction. I worked mostly with Scott and Shane and wow.. both very nice, professional employees of the dealership. Very impressed with how they worked together to make a deal work for me. They were not pushy and I do want to say in initially entering the dealership, everyone was very friendly. Not aggressive, but polite and helpful. I am not too close to the dealership, but given the service I was provided, I would go out of my way to try and give them my future business. I do highly recommend this dealership to anyone - very friendly and service oriented.. it takes a lot to impress me but this dealership did - I hope the higher up's know what a great crew they have!
Mark was the nicest most honest guy that I've ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about the car. He took pictures and videos for me and answered his phone every time I called. This won't be the last vehicle that I buy from Mark.

Long wait, always try to get you to do extra services that are unnecessary. They took my original wiper blades from my Prius and changed them for other standard car wiper blades because I didn't know better...not a fan.
This was our first experience with this dealership and buying a Toyota. Matt Ciuffa was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was patient and made sure we got what we wanted. A big shout out to Chelsea and Bill in finance too. The whole team is wonderful!

He was very responsive, including answering emails after hours, and was very casual when talking with him in person. It took a little while for me to make a decision on the brand of car I wanted and Steve never gave a sales pitch while I was deciding to try and encourage me to move forward, which is a huge reason why I decided to stick with him instead of talking to another dealership when I decided to move forward with a RAV4 and I'm glad I did.
If you are looking at a Toyota, strongly recommend making an appointment at Lou Fusz Toyota and talking with Steve.

This was my first time getting service since purchasing the car. I was greeted promptly and walked to the Service Advisor, Mike Wolz. He was very nice, explained all that would be done and made sure I had my coupon. When I picked up the car, he let me know when the next service would be due and gave me a Waterway car wash certificate! I found the experience to be friendly, helpful and trouble-free. I bought my gently used 2016 Toyota Rav4 from this Lou Fusz dealership a couple of summers ago. My salesman, Joe Gustafson, was helpful.but low-key. I need felt pressured or rushed through the whole process. The service department is equally good. I brought my car there for routine maintenance and Mindy Williams was great. She didn't push me to have anything more done to my car than was needed which has happened to me in the past at other dealerships. The waiting area is more than adequate and my car was finished quickly. I will definitely keep coming back here!

Our salesman, Todd Sterling, really listened to us and went out of his way to meet our needs. We first made contact through the internet with Patrick McLafferty, who responded to our inquiries right away. Although he was off the day we actually test drove the car, he still kept in e-mail contact with us. Tracy was also extremely helpful when doing the final paper work. All in all, the entire experience was positive, and we love our new hybrid.

Took my 2019 Tundra into the service department for it's 20,000 mile check up. Was told I would not get anymore of the oil change service I was told I would get when I bought my vehicle last year. Don't believe anything these people tell you. Don't even ask about the car washes. Service has really gone down hill.

We were originally put into contact with Fusz through an online buying service that uses TrueCar. Shelby Parker was very helpful in doing initial email correspondence. Garrett Watson then followed up with an online video review of the car that we ended up buying which led us to schedule an appointment at Lou Fusz. Shane Roemer was the salesperson we worked with when we got there and he was very helpful in reviewing the car, comparing some other options that we were considering and providing other information we were seeking. He is very congenial, open and friendly. He organized a great trade in value for our original vehicle (more than double what we had received at another dealer) and represented our request for a further reduction which was met without debate. Based on our experience at another dealer and our online research, we got a great deal that we are very happy with. We then met with Travis Burch to finish financing and review warranty packages. He was very helpful and we were able to quickly come to a decision on the packages that seemed most appropriate for us. We selected the oil service and exterior/interior warranty program which we felt would be good value since we plan to own the car for seven plus years. Shane was very helpful going over the cars features after the purchase and we are confident he will be a strong advocate for us at the dealership in service after the sale.
