Okay. On Saturday I begrudgingly made my way to my second Toyota dealership. I never enjoyed buying a new car. I had no intention of buying that day since I had made appointments at other dealerships. Then came Jim Donohue. He had responded to my internet inquires as did 3 other Toyota dealerships. Lou Fusz was the second one I paid a visit to. Jim made sure I didn't need to visit anyone else. He was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured. He provided information and made me a very competitive offer. An hour later, I was driving off the lot in my new Toyota. I highly recommend Lou Fusz and especially Jim Donohue.
