Very good people to deal with. Was contacted by salesperson we had dealt with previously and were able to purchase a newer sienna for very close to existing payment. Financing went smoothly. We dealt with Jim Donahue in sales and Bob in financing. Have to also appreciate the detailing guys who are probably not mentioned much and hustle to prep vehicles.
I scheduled my service online. It was for an extensive major milestone service. Mike Wolz, service manager, called to advise our car was ready about the time it was originally scheduled to start service!. With Mick Eagan performing the work and Mike Wolz handling the account, the service experience was outstanding. Mike even got me tickets to the auto show which I listed on my work order!!. If you choose to wait for your vehicle to be repaired at Lou Fusz, you can wait comfortably in the waiting room and watch TV, drink freshly brewed coffee and eat fresh cookies!

We had a wonderful experience at Lou Fusz. I contacted them through their website and heard back from them quickly. My salesman was John Sanchez. He was FANTASTIC. He was very knowledgeable about the car (which is something many salesman just aren't) and answered all of our questions. He was very easy to work with and get a hold of....even emailing me back with answers on his days off and over Christmas. John was also fantastic when we took delivery. He went through the car with us, and got us all setup and explained all the functions of the car and how to use them.
They matched a price I got from another dealer. The negotiations process was amazingly simple compared to what I've had in the past at other dealers. Also, the finance office wasn't pushy (extended warranties, etc) like other dealers I've had in the past.
Overall, I was very impressed with Lou Fusz and I would definitely go back again. Just an all around great buying experience.

Was in the market for a truck, and found a good deal at this dealership. Put a $500 deposit on it to save it while they detailed it and ran it through the shop. After it went through the shop, they called to say they had to fix more than they thought, and raised the price by $1500 from our original agreement. Not a good way to do business. Don't advertise a vehicle to the public unless you know the final price.

The sales side of the service is wonderful. They are knowledgable and exceedingly helpful. I had a great sales person - Albert - and he was great. Very patient and able to explain all of the ins and outs of the car and the history quite well. I had arranged a meeting online and that went incredibly well.
I did get taken to the cleaners by the finance department though. It felt like the finance rep that I dealt with was angling for certain lenders with higher rates and restrictions. After going back and forth I was finally aable to get on with Toyata Financial Services and a reasonable rate.
I have been going to the service department regularly for my routine mainteance and I have always been treated respectfully and with a great friendly attitude. Thankfully I have only needed to goin for my routine maintenance and not for anything more servious.

I bought a 2013 Toyota Camry last week from Lou Fusz in Kirkwood and love it. My salesman, Kris Portnoy, found exactly the car I was looking for. When it was delivered he took plenty of time reviewing all the features with me. I hadn t gotten a new car in over 8 years and a lot has changed since 2005! The others I worked with, Chris in the Allstate office, Brian in the business office and Tom, the manager of the dealership, all contributed to made it a great experience.

This is the fifth new Toyota we have purchased from Lou Fusz - all of them with Jim Donohue. The best thing about this whole group is that they are so respectful of your time. Jim always cuts to the chase but gives us plenty of space to make up our minds without pressure, Brian was very helpful getting us into test drives when Jim was unavailable on our arrival. Steve and Jim got us through the closing and delivery process in record time. The prices are always competitive and the customer service is a step above.

This is the second Lou Fusz Toyota that Rick Summerfield has sold me this year. Rick is an awesome salesman and he had my wife s new 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road detailed and inside in the shade ready to go when we arrived for our appointment. I really hate buying cars it makes me mad and not in a great mood just because l have had bad experiences with dealerships every time I buy a car something always goes wrong. I will never buy a car from another dealership again. I have found a dealership that really looks out for you. Matt Ciuffa is one of the best salesmen I ever met his value are looking out for the customer and not after your pocket book. He will give you his honest opinion. I understand errors happen we are human but at the end of the day I was not paying attention to the paperwork, I was in a hurry to get out of there I had to get my kids. When I got home I noticed the error and called someone else about the error not Matt and 15 minutes later Matt called and noticed it too and he saved me probably over $2000 dollars and Matt didn't know already knew about the error. This right here is the reason I will always buy my cars from him and send my friends client's and family too him is because he went above and beyond customer service. The whole staff there was so helpful and great. The manager is one of the best manager I have ever met in sales. I am so glad my friend Emmanuel Alcasabas works there because if it was not for him I would of never came here. This dealership is the needle in a haystack.
Came in to have my car looked at because last year they fixed a recall and the problem began again. Mike was very rude and told me that I would have to pay for them to just look at it even though it s part of a recall and he told me over the phone it would be free. He began talking to me very sternly and rude. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had and I warn you that you shouldn t go here unless you re willing to pay for them to even glance at your car. Not to mention that the workers will do anything they can to squeeze money out of you, as I walked into the waiting room I witnessed another salesman trying to convince an older woman to fix everything in her car instead of what was needed. These people are money hungry and rude and I wouldn t send my worst enemy here.
I usually don't enjoy the car buying process. I am not necessarily the best customer. I get grouchy when pressured and frustrated when ignored. With that said, from the beginning to the end, the car buying process at Lou Fusz was a cake walk. They contacted me immediately and were very helpful with my questions without an ounce of pressure. When we finally showed up our salesman, Todd Sterling, went above and beyond. Our service was phenomenal. I know he had a long day, but he stayed late and made sure that we were taken care of at every step of the process. I highly recommend both Todd and Lou Fusz.
I had recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra from Lou Fusz Toyota.The atmosphere was friendly and the sales staff was flexible and easy to work with. I originally was looking for a used truck but decided to purchase a new one instead. I was working with Roger Heffernan in used car sales originally. Roger was extremely helpful and was willing to go above and beyond to help me I was unable to find anything on the used car lot that fit my criteria so I asked to look at new. He took me over to the new car lot were I found a truck I would consider purchasing. I went for a test drive but told him that I needed to think about it. I came back the next day to let my wife have a look. She liked it so I decided to purchase the truck. Roger was with another customer trying to help him with the purchase of his first car and needed to give him extra attention so he asked if it was ok if another sales person could help us so we could have undivided attention. Of course I said yes and that is were Jim Donohue come in. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and worked with me to get the best price for my trade in and a lower purchase price on the truck. #Bones Donohue gave me all the attention I needed and answered all my questions. When you are in the car business you are really in the people business. Roger and Jim gave me respect as a customer, but did in a friendly way.

Kris Portnoy - and the rest of the staff have greatly disappointed me as a long time customer. My Van was broken upon exiting the shop and they charged me 300$. ( I called within 5 minutes of leaving dealership) Girl on the phone from service interrupted and argued with me. - Water under the bridge. - I informed them a few days later, I wanted a new PRIUS. I told them what I wanted, my trade, several questions and when I would be there. They didn't offer to meet me, disregarded all of my questions. (15 emails), then told me 3 days straight they where to busy to deal with me. 5 days I tried to buy a car from them. Never got any offers, any questions answered, or any deals. - I emailed Lou Fusz with my new PRIUS I bought from another dealer with pictures and Lou Fusz asked me when I wanted to come bu a car from them,,,Completely disregarding me email again with a picture of me in my new car. - They have turned into a cherry picking lazy dealership. Nothing like my first experience.

My Service Rep, Doug Kircher, was excellent. I hope that he becomes a long time employee. After my car was inspected, Doug explained that the technician had test-driven my car to confirm my observation that the front brakes were pulsating when braking during highway driving. Doug explained that after performing the brake service the technician would test drive again to be sure that no further work was needed. When I checked out Doug told me that at the next brake service I would need new rotors as the current ones were too thin to turn again. I appreciated this information. This is why I remain a loyal Lou Fusz Toyota Service customer.

I have had my Toyotas serviced at Lou Fusz for almost 20 years. My experience this week with an oil change and routine maintenance for my Avalon was like all of the others over the years - excellent! This time Mike Wolz was the service adviser and he provided prompt and accurate check-in. But then all of the advisers provide excellent service. If more than an oil change is needed the adviser will clearly explain what additional work is required, why it is needed and the cost. I never feel like I am being pushed into something that is not needed.
I have also had work done at the body shop and the same comments apply: Fast, professional service with the work done to a high quality standard.
I highly recommend Lou Fusz for service and for purchase of a Toyota.

But, I would never purchase a car. I tried once about 10 years ago and even today, when I am waiting on my car for repair. I get this leery feeling. A salesperson told me that they didn't help people with challenged credit and she was so cold. I felt awful. It was the second Toyota Dealership to make me feel this way. Seeger Toyota was the other. Only here, I had good credit. But, I was Black. Sometimes you just can't win. It okay I found places to purchase my next Toyota. Weis , Bommarito or Ackerman Toyota dealerships.
