My husband and I had decided on financing through the Dave Sinclair in St. Peters. We were interested in a Yukon and found the perfect one through their website. My husband drove all the way to South County dealer to see the Yukon. Then back to St. Peters. The manager at St. Peters said it was no big deal to get the car transferred to them so we could continue our financing with them. This was Saturday. St. Peters told us they were paying the transfer fee and that the car would be at their location and ready to sign and drive by Monday.
It is now Tuesday and we have been told that the South County dealer "Hard to deal with" and simply "Wont transfer". We were told that transfers happen between the all Dave Sinclair dealers on a regular basis. However, The GMC-Buick dealer doesn't want to transfer the car. We were then told that they couldn't transfer because it was sold. We found out in fact that it has not been sold as of yet.

We are very dissatisfied with the run around and communication between the stores. We went from finding the car that fit us well and wanting to putting money down to being back out on a search. On a positive note, all salesman and managers were very friendly and not pushy at all. Just wish everything promised would have been put in play.

Working with Tony was easy and he was very responsive to my inquiries as we were looking for my perfect truck. Once we found it and it was delivered to the dealership it was smooth sailing. Dropped my car off with a leaking tire, without an appointment due to my work schedule. It is hard to get apts scheduled during the week days and I had no expectations of it being done on the same day I dropped it off. The service department went above and beyond in my opinion. They had it fixed and picked me up from my house within 2 hours. All of the staff members were very nice and I will always speak highly of you guys. Thank you for being great.

These guys were excellent to work with and genuinely cared about serving us. We bought a used car from them and worked with Andy. From the initial conversation he was very transparent about the vehicle and went above and beyond to accommodate us as we tested out the car. He had no problem allowing us to take the car for a third party inspection and made us feel comfortable about doing whatever we needed to look it over. We also spoke to Caleb on our initial phone call and he went out of his way to email us service records before coming in. Thank you all for your excellent customer service!

I read the reviews on Google before making a decision, and I am pleased to say that I have no regrets coming to Dave Sinclair dealership! They worked diligently to try to help me out of my situation and cared enough to make it happen. This was by far the best experience I have had at a dealership and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Excellent customer service! Purchasing a car usually comes with dread, but Bob made the process easy. He answered questions and followed up with me. I never felt pressured to make any decisions until I was ready. I now drive a beautiful new-to-me car that I am absolutely thrilled with. He was patient and kind and helped us find the perfect vehicle and get the best deal. Truly a pleasure to work with! When I tried to schedule an appointment online I couldn't so I called Dave Sinclair and the lady who answered told me that the online service was not correct and didn't work. It showed appointments available but when I called she told me it would be 3 more weeks before I could get my car serviced. I told her I would have to call back. I tried again to use the online service and was able to book an appt but then got a call that there was no availability on that date so she got me in three days later. The online appointment system needs to be worked on and updated.

Do not borrow a loaner vehicle from this place. They do quick look around on vehicles to make sure no damage is done before you sign and drive. When they said the vehicle is good to drive we took off in it and didn t worry. We were not aware of any damages that were currently existing on the vehicle. We took it back the vehicle the next day. They said there was damage done to the vehicle including minor scratches on the back and a minor rock chip on the windshield that we never noticed and the guy who checked never noticed. Very sketchy way of ripping people off or fraud. They will do anything to get a dollar out of someone.

Brought my Buick in for electrical issue in the cluster. Not only could they not figure out what's wrong but they hulk ripped my $75 back cushion off of the seat and destroyed it. Didn't bother to tell me because I'm sure they didn't want to have to pay for it. That was really crummy of them! I'll be sending the service department a bill for the damage!

They made sure I got the best amount for my trade-in, more than double what other dealerships offered me, and were much more transparent about fees and extra costs. I purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 last month (Jan 2021) and the truck didn t even have 5,000 miles on it and a lifter failed and bent the push rod, I explained multiple times with dealer that the truck sounded like it threw a rod they expressed that it hadn t and they just needed to make the repair, minor at this time. The next day after the part was overnighted to them they call and ask if I can pick it up the following day at noon, I explain I have to pick it up at 8am I am leaving for California Friday morning, keep in mind this is Wednesday, after getting the owner involved they agree to have it ready at 8am Thursday. I get off work at 715 am from the hospital where I am a nurse and head to the dealership, I pick the vehicle up at 915, go to my doctors appointment and as soon as I leave not an hour after picking it up, the truck does the same thing it did when I originally called, I call the dealership they agree to drive a rental to me and they insisted on picking it up and driving back to dealership, hesitatingly I finally say ok, the guy who picked it up didn t make it a mile down the road and he broke down. Finally call the dealership and they agree to buy the truck back. Thankfully I ended up working with Dan Sinclair who agreed to buy the vehicle back no problem but the service department is a nightmare and very hard to deal with, they put you off until you act crazy to them and the word service shouldn t be in their vocabulary as it should be called hassle. The rental they sent me with got a rock chip in it not 3 miles down the road they said instead of fixing the chip it needed a whole new windshield but the chip isn t in line of sight so I disagree and my attorney will be handling that from here, they also left me with no way to get my dogs around so I had to put them in the rental and they want to try to charge me a 250$ cleaning fee and thankfully they removed that after speaking to owner yet again due to it not being my fault the truck broke down and I have to be able to move my dogs.

Would recommend dealership but NOT THE SERVICE department they are a bunch of lazy office people who take forever and do not care what you have going on.

They are very helpful there. We were looking into purchasing a car for our mother who is 84 and will really not be driving that much longer. When we spoke to Rick at Dave Sinclair Ford he said that his family faced a similar situation and they leased a car for 2 years. That option worked out GREAT for us given our situation. Now we are not tied down with a larger car payment each month once she decides to stop driving in the next couple of years. Nick was a wonderful and very patient salesman that we dealt with. This is our families 5th purchase from Dave Sinclair Lincoln & Ford dealerships. They have both been very honest at both the Lincoln & Ford dealerships in our experience.

Never have I received exceptional and quick service for a warranty repair service. Within 15 minutes my problem was recorded, and a loner car matching my veichle model was assigned to me. I was out of the Dealership within minutes and experience courteous professional service.
