Our car buying experience at Lou Fusz was great. We had been looking for a Highlander Hybrid with all the features we wanted at several local dealerships. After looking at a couple of vehicles over several days with my daughter in 90+ degree heat at Lou Fusz, I was close to making a decision, however my wife was out of town. I asked our salesman, Cody Cox if he would send me some pictures of the interior of the vehicle I wanted my wife to see. He send the pics, my wife got back in town and we agreed to buy. Cody was very helpful throughout the process. He made our car buying experience comfortable. We look forward to dealing with the service department in the coming months with little apprehension given how we have been treated thus far. Thanks again Cody Cox and Lou Fusz.
