I took my Toyota in for a safety recall and made an appointment ahead of time because I was on a tight schedule. It was a very simple fix, should have taken no more than 30 minutes to complete, they told me it would take no more than 45 minutes, which was fine with me. Didn't get my car back until TWO HOURS later after watching other customers arrive after me and leave before me. No explanation or apologies were given. Fortunately, the repair was fully covered, so they just wasted my time instead of my money. Will never go back there again.
