We bought our Prius about 3 months ago and recently had our second service performed. The buying experience was as good as it could have been -- Jimmy M was very helpful throughout and never pressured us.
The service experiences have been even better! Prompt, courteous and and competent. We plan to continue getting our car serviced there for as long as we own it.

Service update: after 25,000 miles we have had only excellent experiences. We plan to continue getting service here even now that we will be paying directly for it.

Just did the 30,000 mile service. Staff was competent, polite, and did everything in the timeframe they had predicted. Very happy

Update. We traded our Prius for an Avalon Hybrid. Went to Fusz, of course. At the 20,000 mile service, we also had to replace a missing key fob. Scot in the service department was especially helpful.
