I appreciate the personal touch of those assisting us. Instead of just calling out our name, they actually come over to where we are seated in the waiting area to speak with us, discuss any issues and show us our bill, etc. In one instance, I noticed that the keys were actually handed to the customer. Nice touch. Thank you, Warren. Thank you.
