All were very receptive from the time I drove in. I had forgotten my phone in the car, and rather than point out where my vehicle had been moved, Warren went out and got it for me. He kept me updated along the way and insured I didn t need anything else before reuniting me with my Highlander Hybrid. An outstanding experience!
