I came in with my family on 1/28 to look for a new car as an early graduation present as I had an idea of the type of car that I wanted. After being greeted by the friendly woman at the front desk, we were soon approached by Philip. Philip walked us over to his desk and got to know a little bit about us. While this was a graduation present from my parents, I was also going to be paying half of it, so he was sure to include me in all of the details and made sure to understand what I wanted. I told him that I was interested in a Terrain and while I wouldn't mind looking at 2017s, I also wanted to look at the 2016s in stock since there was a sale on them. We ended up going outside with originally 3 cars in mind. I can be really picky about what I like, and unfortunately there was always something about those 2016s I didn't like (the interior/exterior color, wood trimming, etc.). However, Philip didn't stop trying to find me something I would like. We ended up looking at a different model of car (the Acadia) and even took a drive to the back of the lot to look at other Acadias and Terrains that were 2017s. After realizing I liked the Acadia, but it was out of my price range and maybe a little too big of a vehicle, my mother ended up mentioning that we should go relook at the 2017 Terrain that was in the showroom that we had walked by when we first got there. I'm so glad we did, because this was the car! It had everything I wanted and the Night Fall package was a definite plus!

I appreciate that Philip took the time to listen to everything that I wanted in a vehicle and also that he understood the appropriate times to walk away for a bit and give my family the opportunity to discuss our options and what we wanted to do. He was also quick to answer any questions and if he wasn't sure, he partnered with the Manager, John, to clarify. I definitely appreciated that he didn't give us answers he wasn't sure of which made me feel more comfortable in my car buying experience. Although we were not prepared to make the purchase that night (as I wanted to get an appraisal on my previous car elsewhere before having it appraised at the dealership), we told Philip that we would be back tomorrow to purchase the vehicle, but we may or may not have a trade in. We asked what time he would be coming into work the next morning and we told him that we would be back at 11am.

The next day, 1/29, Philip had ended up coming into work early to make sure everything was ready for us when my family and I arrived. He even let us know that he had my new car detailed the night before. We then start to discuss and sign paperwork. Although the car buying process is long, it was definitely an enjoyable experience doing it with my family and an incredibly hospitable and caring staff. I look forward to doing my service here over the years, as the staff made a lasting impression on me.

Thank you to Philip and everyone else from Joyce Koons Manassas GM that helped me in buying my first car! I couldn't be more appreciative of such a wonderful team.

If you want anything for your trade don't go here, I dealt with 5 dealerships looking for a deal and these people offered 4 grand below my worst offer. They aren't competitive, they must not get enough business. Head to D.C. and other high traffic areas to get better deals.

Although I was prepared to use the drop box to leave my keys and park the car in the lot for a morning appointment, it was a pleasant surprise to see the new extended service hours. The tech writer greeted me by name when I pulled into the service area and happily accepted the coupon I had for the new brakes. I also had some additional work done and instead of using the coupon I had presented, they used one which provided even greater savings. No business can provide perfect service 100% of the time; however, every time I've gone to Koons, they have taken the time and made the effort to ensure my satisfaction.

I purchased a 2013 Buick Encore. I have to give Wilmer Mejia a lot of credit because he suggested a used vehicle, which was not in my original plan. However, it ended up having everything I've wanted in an Encore and being pre-owned, got me to the price point I wanted. My salesperson, Leny Gorine, was totally straightforward with me and didn't do anything sleazy to get me to buy the car. His supervisor, Jay Scaramozzino, was also fantastic and didn't get into a haggling war with me. From soup to nuts, a great experience. I've been wanting to buy an Encore for about a year now, and from Koons, too, since I love the service department (Kevin is always awesome). The whole team did a great job and I felt like I got a great deal. I love my car! It's the perfect vehicle for me, right down to the color. :)

I used to believe that most car dealerships are out to take every pennies from the consumers as they are in a cut throat business to only make money. Not today! I came to Joyce Koons Buick GMC to shop for my dream car; within 1:45 minutes I was out with my dream Hot red BMW convertible!!! What an amazing experience! From my sale agent, Will Coral, all the way to their sale manger and financial office Behzad, they treated me just like another sister of theirs. I felt comfortable and well taken care of purchasing a certified used car with this car dealership. I will definitely tell all my friends and families to shop at this dealership now.

My husband and I had a wonderful purchasing experience at Joyce Koons Buick GMC. The process was seamless, easy, and we left happy and comfortable with our new purchase. Joyce Koon's team was extremely helpful and delightful to work with. Our sales consultants, Pat Bryant and Matt Barthold, went out of their way to ensure we found the best car for our needs. Tim Rowan was very helpful with the financing and again, helped make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership! Great selection and great service! I drove 2 and 1/2 hours to purchase the car and Philip as well as any of the staff I was introduced to made me feel very much at ease with no pressure or arm twisting of any kind! Philip also let me control the situation and answered any questions I had and would consult others if applicable. I believe this is how buying a car should feel. Excellent all the way around. Tim Rowan in finance was also a pleasure to deal with when finishing up. Philip also made sure a minor cosmetic issue with the steering wheel was addressed before I returned to pick up the car. Very pleased!

I asked Jeff to look into a problem I had with closing my under passenger seat storage compartment .Upon completing our service es for the day ,Jeff told us how to properly open and close our under seat passenger storage compartment !!!!

I worked with Doug to settle on a price online, then Codie helped me with the test drive and some additional service requests. He even arranged to have my rental car returned for me so that I wouldn't go through the hassle of driving back and forth. The whole process was extremely easy and I'm very happy with the deal I got. I don't think I spent more than two hours in the dealership from start to finish, and they never pressured me to buy any additions I didn't want - including the easy finance process with Omar. I'd definitely shop here again, especially because they were willing to agree on a price in writing before I ever walked in the door. It made the whole process much more enjoyable and I got to enjoy having a new car right away.

Mechanic checked the processors, no indication of any problems. Felt a lot more comfortable afterwards. It was most likely the sensors being too "sensitive". Also had the oil changed. Tyson also had the car washed. Thanks to all for great service.

My Acadia had the check engine light come on, and ...

My Acadia had the check engine light come on, and then the truck died while I was driving down the road. The staff worked it for two weeks and replaced the fuel pump flow control module, but that didn't fix the problem. After rewiring the system the problem seems to be fixed, but it took nearly four weeks to get there. However, I worked with Devon throughout the process, and though it was frustratingly long, Devon did a very good job of keeping me informed. At the end the cost was significantly less than I expected, which was a good indicator to me that Koons GMC understood the situation, valued me as a customer, and did the right thing. They treated me right. I appreciate that, and they've earned my business.

My husband and I were extremely happy with the overall experience we had at this location. It was not overcrowded, Phil took care of us from minute one although we showed up with no appointment. We had to visit several times and adjust our busy schedule but Philip was always on top of things without the cheesy car salesman attitude. He was pleasant to talk with, he understood our business needs, family needs, we could not ask for a better person to take care of us. Seriously, ask for him if you go there, he will definitely take care of you whatever you may need. Everyone there from concierge to finance were very nice. Thanks for making this an easy process for our family and our business.

I have bought 2 cars from Joyce Koons Buick GMC. My first was a GMC Terrain and my latest a 2014 Buick Encore. Both times my sales rep was Steve Hughes. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about every car. For the Encore, he knew what I would like before I knew what I even wanted. He recommended the Encore right away but I needed to see other vehicles. I ended up coming back to the Buick Encore and buying it immediately after driving it. My service advisor, Jeff Miller, is also a gem -- never pushing service that is not necessary, always helping me keep my car running at peak performance. And, the technicians have always been top notch. I would recommend this dealer and its service facilities to anyone who wants to be treated with fairness and respect.

When I recently started looking to purchase a new vehicle, I was skeptical of all dealerships and felt I could not trust anyone after a rough experience with another dealership many years ago. I came into the dealership knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted and the details I wanted on it and I did not want more or less. Matt took me on the test drive and didn t seem too overly terrified by my rookie SUV driving-nerves of steel. He and Pat then tried to locate a vehicle with the exact specs I wanted, but since no exact matches could be found within a reasonable distance, we then discussed placing a factory order. I did my due diligence and continued to talk to other dealers to make sure I was getting the best deal possible for the vehicle I wanted, but returned shortly after realizing that none of the other local dealers could beat Pat s offers for my new truck.

After being told I wanted to place the factory order, Pat immediately placed my order with GM. He was very helpful during the production phase when I was looking for order updates. The vehicle arrived earlier than expected and was exactly what I wanted. The whole ordering process was easy and pleasant. Pat and Matt did a great job completing the deal when we came to pick up our new Acadia. It was the smoothest vehicle purchase we have been through and the deals and prices we were initially promised were kept. They really seemed to be trying to give us the best possible deal they could and were looking out for our best interests and they used every route possible to save us money along the way.

The other staff members we dealt with at the dealership were also great. Misty was helpful understanding options we had and their service program and never made us feel pressured to buy anything. Tim handled our finance and made things very easy and gave suggestions to help us save a little more money.

This dealership has changed my attitude about buying a new car and I couldn t be happier with my choice of vehicle and dealership. I never felt pressured to buy more than I wanted or less than my ideal vehicle. When my perfect car couldn t be found, they didn t waste any time getting me what I wanted and kept all promises. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a new GMC, Buick, or Honda visit Joyce Koons. Other dealerships might offer better deals initially, but Joyce Koons is the dealership that is honest and gives you the best, stress-free deal from the beginning without all the annoying fine print, hassles, and haggling.

This was our second used Honda purchase from Koons Manassas. Charles was our salesman again. Great buying experience. Met the used car manager who also seemed like a good dude. They know they have good product with late model used Hondas and the internet price is the price. No haggle and both prices were fair based on our research.

We brought our own financing but still listened to the pitch from their finance guy about extended warranties and GAP insurance (which btw everyone should buy GAP since it's so cheap and could save you thousands. Check with your lender.) The only downside was being offered a "deal" on nine oil changes that would have actually cost us more than regular price. A stupid pitch since I can (and did) simply call their shop to price check right then and there. Was dumb and insulting.

So, I was a bit irritated right at the end of it, but overall it was a great buying experience. We will definitely look at Koons Manassas when we buy our next car.

This was a great buying experience. I choose Joyce Koons through the USAA buying program and because we have purchased two prior vehicles from them. I felt no pressure but everyone I had contact with was very responsive. A vehicle suiting what I was looking for was located quickly and made available for a test drive. When I decided to buy it and went to pick it up they got me in and out quickly.

I came in for two issues - a hesitation when vehicle is cold and a knocking noise when turning. I was told about a special bulletin for the u bolt that was tightened. After picking up the truck I started hearing the noise again. I brought it back and the tech drive it. It was said to me that they put a heavy set person in the drivers seat to drive but still couldn t hear the noise. I left and immediately heard the noise again and now it s more prevalent. The tech or service advisor should have request to drive the truck more to figure out the noise. I still have the hesitation as well. I specifically told the service advisor that the hesitation happens in a cold start. She called me the same afternoon and said the tech couldn t find anything. I also got a an oils change and rotate for $110!! The truck has 9000 miles in it and it drives now like it has 109000 miles. Very disappointing.

Very pleasant buying experience at Joyce Koons Buick GMC. Raydel took great care to walk us through the buying process, answering every question we had and being upfront and honest along the way. I can honestly say this was the first time I purchased a vehicle from a dealership that made it as comfortable as having bought it directly from a relative or life long friend. Raydel put us before the sale, and that made all the difference. Working with Frank was also very pleasant. It was the end of a seemingly long day (or week for that matter!!) and he was very patient and considerate while walking us through the financing of our new vehicle. Coming from the retail/service industry, I understand how important having the right staff is to running a successful business. It appears Joyce Koons has their bases covered, and well.

I bought my 2005 Denali from the dealership in 2008 and have never been crazy about the service side (high labor rates, very high hardware rates) but working with Matt in Service and Technician Larry (neither are listed below), they provided above average assistance and the prices were very reasonable. So much so, I brought my car back for additional work and plan to do so again (not usual for me since I can be a penny pincher).

The customer waiting lounge has high-speed internet and is comfortable so I could do all my work as I waited. Kudos and thanks!

It's been 6 years since I last bought a car, so I went online and found a really nice used Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from Joyce Koons and I took advantage of their "chat" option to ask for more information regarding the vehicle. An internet sales consultant (Robert Clanagan) contacted me immediately and was able to answer my dozen or so questions regarding pricing, car features, etc. I also requested if a shuttle can pick me up from the metro station which is more than 15 miles from the dealership and they were able to grant my request. My sales consultant, Matt Barthold was the one who braved the weekday afternoon traffic to pick me up from the metro station. Once we were at the dealership, Matt, along with his colleagues: Ed Dove, Sheila Williams, and Frank Seabolt were all very friendly and accommodating and made sure that everything was well taken care of.

Matt also went out of his way to bring my newly purchased car to a Mitsubishi dealership so they could take a look at an airbag service warning light that came on and was able to put me on a loaner car for the day while my car was in the shop.

Overall, I will definitely recommend this dealership to prospective car buyers.

My sister went to this dealer on 04-10-2019 and the Service Advisor is Mo Merghane. She had Honda CRV-2011, and the reason she come there was A/C system not work well. The ac only work when cool weather very well, but did not work on summer time. We went there only check the A/C system was cost 185.69$ for labor. But they did not finish there work well at all, they take off High and Low A/C side caps but did not put it back, my sister try to call them today 4-24-2019 to get the caps back but they said they did not touching anything about that. How they can check the A/C system without touching anything. If they don't do anything then they should get 185.69$ back for my sister or they have to finish there job is put the high and low A/C side caps for my sister. I'm not highly recoment anybody come to this dealer to fix or check anything becuse they will not finish there job and the labor cost will very high.

I had the best experience purchasing my first car in years from James Ward, it was a pleasure to work with him, I wasn't sold on the color and he didn't try to force it on me, he remain polite, personable and professional throughout the entire process and the three days it took me to make a final decision. I much appreciated he didn't try to pressure me into buying something even knowing I was looking elsewhere, I truly felt he was more concerned with me being satisfied with my purchase than his commission, he made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving the dealership and called the same night to make sure I made it home safely. I had an appointment, checked in and went into the customer lounge to wait. Other customers kept coming in and out ---- then I realized I had been there almost 2 hours! I went out to Mr. Miller. He checked on my car, said it would be about 10 minutes.Ok, I just went back to the lounge and sat down.
He came to get me shortly, handed me an invoice and told me that there would be no charge because I had waited so long for an oil change!!
I could hardly believe it!! Koons service immediately moved me from satisfied to over the moon!

First let me start of by saying that I have received this survey at least 6 times over the past year and this is the first one that I've decided to respond to. Over the past few months I have spent close to 3k in repairs at Joyce Koons and while my interactions with your staff have been pleasant, I feel that what I have been charged for my repairs were rather excessive. I realize that car repairs cost and that labor does as well. Yet although I did not purchase my vehicle from your dealership, I have consistently brought it there for repair and at some point, customer loyalty should be considered. While I am aware that I am free to take my car other places I purposefully (or stubbornly according to my friends) continued to bring my car to your dealership. The few months in which I am referring do not reflect the amount of times I have brought my car to your dealership over the years they reflect the times in which I feel I have been upset with my charges. The first instance in the few months I am referring I was told that I need to replace my catalytic converter and a valve which those repairs were over 1359 only for my vehicle to less than 2 weeks begin to do the same thing. I was told that some repairs can have cascading effects which could turn up other issues. Yet those cascading effects continued to cost more money which in my opinion should have been visible during the costly diagnosis. After 3 tries and more money my car was finally fixed or so I thought. The fourth time (which was recently) and why I have finally decided to respond to your survey 'seems' to be fixed albeit the most recent issue was unrelated to the previous 3 'cascading' issues. I stubbornly will continue to bring my car to your dealership simply and honestly because you technicians have the repair history on it although once I rid myself of the vehicle and purchase a new one (even if a Buick) I will not return to your dealership. 'My' experience at your dealership on each visit no matter what I bring my car in for seems like a 'money grab; mafia style shakedown. I just feel like rather while taking care of the customers car issues that the customers experience should be considered too.

You guys never and I do mean never disappoint me when it comes to customer service and quality service. Especially with Jess B. She is absolutely the best and is an asset to your team. I have had my truck serviced at a few different GMC dealerships and yours is by far...the best. The other dealerships are a lot closer to my residence, but they lack that certain something that you can't teach. It that certain something that says...YOU CARE about the customer. [Joyce Koon] is worth the drive, money and the traffic. Thank you for being you, thank you for having such a knowledgeable diesel mechanic and a special thank you for having a special service technician (Jess). Their knowledge, experience and interpersonal skills is the sole reason I keep coming back. I am a fan for life.

I went in to get a VA state inspection. First, I was in there over an hour before anyone thought to tell me that there was an equipment malfunction and it took some time to get it working. To top it off, after the inspection I was told my brakes would not pass. The same set of brakes this dealership replaced on my inspection last year. I initially told it was going to be almost $2,000 (the pads on the other set had to be replaced also). I was incredulous. I've driven this vehicle for over ten years and never had to replace brakes like that. I was also told that the warranty was just past. When I expressed my displeasure at the quality of parts that was being used, the manager agreed to extend the warranty. If this is what GM parts have become, I won't be going back. Oh, I was told I would have to leave my truck overnight. They did give me a loaner for that time (actually got it just before closing). That still doesn't make up for the shoddy parts used.

I have purchased vehicles from Joyce Koons Buick GMC since 2000 and I have enjoyed those experiences. I just recently purchased a GMC preowned certified vehicle, which is a first, and I really enjoy this vehicle. My favorite service friend, Jay, who worked with me years ago with my prior purchases had left, but returned to the location. I was so excited because he always took care of me in the past and he has continued too with this vehicle. Prior to his return, I worked with Sarah who was great and then Pete, the service Manager who I truly appreciate. He took care of me as well. We began to have some issues with the car that needed extended work and Jay made sure he checked, double-checked and triple-checked the service to avoid the back and forth you can so often get with car services. And to top it off, which is what I really love about Jay, is that he has called me a few days after the service to check on the status of the car and my satisfaction with everything. That is true and total customer care and I appreciate him for that.

I bought a used 2011 Mitsubishi Gallant at Koons in Manassas in April, 2013. Gary Johnson, the Sales Consultant, was very courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions and in smoothly processing all of the paperwork. As part of my sales package I got the preferred maintenance service agreement. When it came time to bring the car in for my first service appointment scheduling was easy, the staff were all helpful and even though the computers were acting up, everything was done in less than two hours. Prior to going in for my "free" services, I had wondered about whether I would be hit with a list of "problems" that needed "immediate attention" as this had been my experience with other dealerships. No such hassle here! I also wondered whether it was really worth the 65 mile round trip to get there and back. However, the promptness and friendliness of the service experience made it worthwhile. Thank you!

Serviced one of the three family vehicles again with Koon's Buick GMC in Manassas. Experienced a great service and visit getting all my needs accomplished quickly, thoroughly and at a great price. Jeff, Kevin, and Tyson did an outstanding job on our Pontiac G6 just as they have done over the past ten years with our other vehicles ranging from a 2005 Pontiac GTO to Pontiac Montana to 2007 Ford Mustang. I mentioned family because my wife and daughter often visit instead of me and Jeff makes sure they get the same great service, providing me comfort if I am out of town. Yes this is a family place, from the owner Ms. Joyce to Freddie who returns our vehicles each time with a free car wash. I had never purchased a car from Joyce Koons Honda but after my most recent purchase of a used 2013 Pilot, I will go to them first when looking for my next car. I was assigned Phil Marinakos as my sales consultant and the process was outstanding. He completely made me feel at ease and genuinely seemed to have my best interests in mind. The negotiation process (which tends to be pretty painful) was not painful at all and all sales employees were actually a pleasure to work with. My wife was quoted a price of 1 hour to diagnose which would be used as the first hour of a repair if we went that route. It was a speed sensor which was replaced for 400 charging 2.5 hours of labor. I have personally changed speed sensors by myself on 2 GMC/Buick vehicles and it is 30 minutes max. I believe we were severely overcharged and called on 3 occassions to finally speak with the tech and service manager. The explanation was removing animal parts to get to the speed sensor and harnesses which was still there when we picked up the vehicle. The service manager and technician believed the price was fair even though timelines to not add up. I am completely unsatisfied and the team did nothing to remedy the issue. Of I wanted to pay someone 130 dollars to clean my car, they usually detail it rather than removing some waste.

Also, review any company or make a call, a 38 dollar OEM part should not end up with more than a 400 dollar bill. I spoke with multiple other companies to include my BMW dealer who said we wet RIPPED OFF. I didn't see a cleaning few upcharge or a waiting for the part upcharge...but someone it took 2.5 hours to change a wheel sensor. I have spent plenty of times overseas making a lot less and I guarantee that I did a lot more than this over this time period. We could literally change all the tires in a number while being shot at...but this dealership obviously feels that if they do a job, they can bill whatever they want. Well, off to the credit card company and the BBB.....

Wow, what a great buying experience! I was negotiating with several dealers and the team at Joyce Koons distinguished themselves with their straightforward approach, transparency and persistence to keep searching until I had exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated the way they made me feel like I was the most important customer on the lot and the outstanding personal attention and customer service during every stage of the buying process. Joyce Koons and Phil made purchasing a new vehicle very easy and as low pressure as possible. I hadn't even planned to buy a new car- I walked over to the showroom to pass time while my car was in service. I was hesitant to act interested because I thought I'd be hounded. To my surprise, Phil left me to wander until I expressed interest in a vehicle which was parked out front. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and spent time with me even though I warned him that I was just browsing for now. Everyone involved was efficient and attentive, but not pushy. They were happy to resolve all issues and even after I stalled for a day, they did not "push" me. Discussing trade in value was fair and easy. Prep of car was amazing! Dealing with Roland in finance was also a positive experience as he was happy to explain all of my options. All in all, a great experience! And I LOVE my new Envision!

Well, another great experience; today being able to say that is rare in any service industry. I purchased my present vehicle at anther dealership, used, who basically failed to service the vehicle when mechanical problems arise. I had heard some good things about Joyce Koons and brought my vehicle to them for the service I needed and have been returning ever since. I pass several dealerships and other shops on my way to Joyce Koons when I take it in for service knowing that I can trust the staff to inform me of what I need.

The staff is very professional and attentive to my needs and appear to be empathetic to the to circumstance at hand. My recent repair was costly and after the service writer's explanation of the issue I felt comfortable with moving forward with the repair.

Bad: apparently there is a disconnect between the GMC website and the dealership website. GMC website advertised truck for $68K. Dealership website advertised for $90K. I lived out of town and only used GMC website to locate vehicle I wanted, saw the price and drive out. When I got to dealership I saw their sticker price. They apologized profusely, i ultimately bought the vehicle (it s what I wanted), but whatever the disconnect between GMC and dealership needs to be fixed. Call or visit dealership website, don t rely on GMC website for price!

The team of folks at Joyce Koons Honda Buick GMC that we worked with were absolutely outstanding. We were somewhat anxious about purchasing a used vehicle at a dealership since we had not done so in over 14 years. Our salesperson Derek Rucker however, was extremely patient with us as we test drove several used vehicles, and when we finally settled on a 2011 Buick Enclave we were very happy with our decision. Buying a used car can be very stressful but the folks at this dealership are professional and courteous, and they make the customer feel very comfortable. We were also very pleased with the time and attention that David Kim took with us in the finance division, as well as the swift work performed by Duane Smith in the Parts Department. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to purchase a new or used vehicle, and we will definitely return to them for our next vehicle.

I had the most awesome experience at the Joyce Koons Buick GMC dealership located in Manassas, VA. From the time I met my salesman (Leonard John), and then meeting the sales manager (Mike Gundling), I could not have asked for two better people to purchase my vehicle from.

I purchased a used Chevrolet Equinox LTZ (with low mileage on it), for my daughter who is graduating college next week. During the process I asked Leonard and Mike a LOT of questions. Both of them took the time to explain things to me, assuring me that all my concerns would not be left unanswered. During the purchasing process, I met Misty and Tim, two people who were certainly knowledgeable about their professions. Tim explained everything to me about "GAP" insurance and then also what an extended warranty would cover vs. the warranty that was still existing on this vehicle.

Coming from MD, It took me hours to drive to the Koons dealership in Manassas, VA, but it was well worth every minute of it. My expectations were certainly meet and even exceeded during certain circumstances. After weeks of shopping online and visiting a few dealerships, I found that their prices were the lowest, and the warranty they offered couldn t be beat. They offered above and beyond what other dealerships had to offer. I'm in my fifties and have certainly bought a few cars during my lifetime. Yet, my experience with these people was by far the most outstanding experience I have ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle.

So thank you Leonard, Mike and Tim for making this purchase a positive experience. I will definitely be back when I need to purchase a car for myself.

When I first walked in, I was welcomed by Salim Zamani. He was kind and patient enough to help me find exactly what I was looking for. We test drove the car I came for and I did not like it as much. I expressed what kind of car I wanted and he knew exactly what to get. He pulled the next car up and I instantly fell in love with it. We went on a test drive and I knew that was the one. This was my first car and Salim went over everything with me so I could understand all the details.
