Wow, what a great buying experience! I was negotiating with several dealers and the team at Joyce Koons distinguished themselves with their straightforward approach, transparency and persistence to keep searching until I had exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated the way they made me feel like I was the most important customer on the lot and the outstanding personal attention and customer service during every stage of the buying process.
